Key Responsibilities
Order Preparation (Picking & Packing)
Assemble customer orders accurately based on pick tickets or digital systems.
Perform picking using scanners, inventory systems, or printed lists.
Pack products according to company standards to ensure safe transportation.
Label boxes and pallets following shipping guidelines.
Shipping & Receiving
Prepare shipments for carriers: consolidate merchandise, create labels, and coordinate pickup schedules.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Receive incoming materials: verify quantities, inspect conditions, and update system records.
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and team members to maintain smooth logistics flow.
Warehouse Operations & Maintenance
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory counts.
Record inbound and outbound inventory movements accurately.
Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack-manual or electric) in compliance with safety regulations.
Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Skills & Competencies

What You'll Do
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle routine needs that arise in the shipping area.
Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
Perform maintenance in the receiving area to maintain a neat and organized distribution center.
Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards.
Use SAP scanners, tablets, and other devices as assigned to complete assignments.
Continually meet production efficiency levels
Maintain quality of work (Accuracy is key)

Warehouse Operations and Logistics Team Members:
Pick, package, and ship (domestic and international) the greatest products throughout the world.
Use independent judgment and decision making to ensure operations and quality of service are met.
Collaborate and work with amazing team members to make sure products are received, inventoried, and distributed to meet high-speed delivery expectations.
Provide material handling, packaging, and distribution of products.

Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a full time Warehouse Material Handler & Delivery Driver at our Madison location. This role offers the right candidate the potential to develop new skills with career advancement opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Loading of materials to be delivered.
Load customer orders that are processed from inside sales counter.
Receiving product delivered from vendors.
Stock and maintain product in bins.
Put away stock and special order returns.
Organize, stock and maintain warehouse.
Basic housekeeping. ie: sweep aisles, straighten piles, pick up scraps.
Care of product against damage.
Attention to safety procedures at all times.
Taking out deliveries .
Attention to detail and accuracy in loading the correct product.
Lock up warehouse at the end of each day.
Other duties upon request by a manager/owner.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Forklift certification required
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry 25 to over 100 pounds on a consistent basis with the ability to twist and bend. Possible weight of 125 pounds and over at times.
Alert, focused and detail-oriented.
Basic reading, writing comprehension and math skills required.
Physically and mentally fit
Self starter who works well independently as well as the ability to work well with others when needed
