The Claims & Returns Specialist is responsible for investigating product-related issues, processing RMAs, coordinating replacements or credits, and ensuring timely, professional communication between customers, Sales, Quality, and Production.

Follow all established workflows and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
Meet or exceed Customer Experience performance metrics, including SLA compliance, response time, quality, and order accuracy.
Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Shipping to verify root cause and coordinate appropriate corrective action (e.g., repair, remake, or credit).
Maintain accurate documentation, including case notes, RMA logs, return authorizations, photos, and investigation summaries.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of foodservice sales experience, preferably at the national level. Culinary experience is a plus, but outside sales account management is a must-have for this opportunity.
This position will report to the market EVP and must have prior experience within any of the following: outside sales (preferred), account management, relationship management, direct/indirect sales, business development, or business-to-business.
This individual will also be responsible for developing and executing a customized business selling strategy for assigned multi-unit chain restaurant accounts. The right candidate is very collaborative but can also operate independently and prioritize their day, with minimal oversight. A savvy, consultative selling approach that enables trust with our clients is critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Establish relationships and show a strong consultative selling approach to key stakeholders and decision-makers of On-Site Foodservice sectors including Healthcare, Business and Industry, and College and Universities.
Prospect and hunt for new business within a defined territory of Colorado and surrounding areas.
accounts with support from Marketing and a Business Intelligence resource.
Influence key decision-makers without authority and develop trust with On-Site Foodservice sectors including Healthcare, Business and Industry, and College and Universities
Maintain a strong understanding of key differentiators and the competitive landscape.
Develop creative solutions for restaurant chef/culinarians and on-site restaurant operators.
Work closely with local market leadership and cross-functional sales support teams to execute an ambitious market penetration strategy.
Update every action within our CRM to help us understand what is and isn't working.
Manage pipeline and sales activity with an ability to accurately forecast.
Ability to prepare or learn how to properly cook food products and design menu combinations in support of the selling cycle.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year foodservice experience required
More than 1 year supporting National Accounts
Extensive On-Site Foodservice (Non-Commercial) account experience.
Sales/Business Development: Experience calling on key accounts, market prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
Discipline: Ability to develop, execute, and follow a sales plan.
Influence Without Authority: Communicator that can influence changes in others.
Relationships: Positive professional with a proactive attitude that connects.
Teamwork: Ability to partner with diverse teams and the teachability to learn from others
Driver's License: Position requires daily travel by personal vehicle. A current/active license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record is required.
Physical Requirements:
The typical work week: Monday through Friday
During the food trade show season, the position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, with the ability to safely lift case goods (up to 50 lbs.).
Travel is light travel, infrequent

We are seeking a results-oriented producer to be our next On-Site Specialist to be based in Illinois. The ideal talent will report directly to our Illinois Market Manager and should have prior experience within any of the following selling disciplines: sales/business development, account management, client relationship management, business to business, or direct/indirect selling environment. We are seeking one who possesses a consultative selling approach that can influence non-commercial clients without authority.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
What You'll Do:
Establish relationships with food-service directors and culinarians as a trusted resource
Execute and grow market sales based on agreed upon trimester planning
Maintains in-depth knowledge of key distributors within the assigned market
Provide CRM sales reporting and update manufacturers on an as-needed basis
Maintains food and beverage samples in the assigned office
Develop a market strategy to enable strategic weekly market visits with key operators
Ability to prepare or learn how to prepare food products and design menu combinations
Drive client compliance with key operators in the market
What to expect:

Ability to work alongside diverse teams and possesses a learner mindset
Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, SharePoint), CRM systems, and comfortable with cloud-based SaaS systems (i.e., Slack, Zoom, etc.)
Enthusiastic and confident leader with strong interpersonal skills and a great work ethic

What Youll Do
Act as the in-house BMW technology and product expert for Sales and Service
Warmly greet customers, introduce Genius services, and deliver tailored product presentations and walk-arounds
Conduct engaging Vehicle Encore demonstrations (in-person and remote) showcasing iDrive, connectivity, driver-assistance systems, electrification, and the latest BMW innovations
Partner with Client Advisors on vehicle configuration, test drives, feature explanation, and memorable handover/delivery experiences
