Role Overview
We're seeking a B2B Sales Representative to build partnerships with trucking fleets, carriers, and logistics companies. Your mission: help fleets reduce hiring costs, improve driver retention, and ensure compliance by connecting them with our CDL training solutions.
What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new business with trucking fleets and carriers.
Build relationships with decision-makers (Executives, VPs, Directors, Sr Management).
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client pain points and offer appropriate product/service solutions
Present and sell CDL training and driver recruitment solutions
Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions
Manage existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
Travel to meet with prospective clients & attend industry events/trade shows.

Full-time Description
This Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling our driver staffing services to trucking companies, fleet operators, and logistics providers across the country. Your primary focus will be building client relationships, identifying hiring needs, and offering tailored driver placement solutions to keep their operations running smoothly.
This is a phone- and email-based sales role that requires strong communication, customer service, and consultative selling skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients to promote our truck driver staffing services.
Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify leads.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and offer customized staffing solutions for CDL-A, CDL-B, and non-CDL driver roles.

Maintain detailed notes and tracking in Salesforce and meet or exceed KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).

Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy improvements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1-3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in staffing, transportation, or B2B services.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and managing multiple client accounts.
Experience in driver staffing or logistics recruiting.
Familiarity with CDL licensing, DOT compliance, and trucking operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Proficiency with sales technologies and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
