    MIG Welder in Georgetown, TX 78626 Perks: Weekly Pay Direct deposit option Referral bonus eligible Health insurance options/plans Pay: $20/hr Schedule: 1st shift - Mon- Fri 6am- 2:30pm 2nd shift- Mon- Fri 2pm-10pm 3rd Shift - Mon-Fri - 10pm-6am Job Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect previously cut components prior to assembly. Alteration of components may be required from time to time and include, but are not limited to re-cutting parts, grinding, and buffing. Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures. Select appropriate welding materials, such as filler metals and shielding gases. Prepare metal surfaces for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and fitting. Perform various MIG welding techniques to create strong and aesthetically pleasing welds. Inspect welds for quality and identify any defects. Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a MIG Welder. Proven ability to produce high-quality MIG welds on various metals. Strong understanding of welding processes and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
