Job Description:
Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments

The Client Services Representative (not to be confused with Client Service Associates) will be responsible for supporting the Client Services team located at the Southfield, MI office. The Client Services department is considered the 'main point of contact' for (internal and external) clients who have questions or general inquiries that need resolution. The client base consists branch associates, Financial Advisors, or the clients of Financial Advisors. In addition, this particular team manages client access websites, where clients can access their accounts, online trade, etc.
These 4 Client Service Reps will be responsible for handling basic customer inquiries, such as: a client forgot their username or password, client needs to update their home address or phone number, etc.
The typical call volume per Client Service Rep is roughly 50-60 calls per day. However, call volume will increase during tax season and the associates may receive up to 80 calls per day.
Training will last 1-2 weeks. The CSR's will practice doing mock calls with other associates. The Client Services team does not read off scripts while on the phone. Instead, they will have access to a SharePoint site which houses 'go-to' guides on how to handle various customer scenarios. Performance Monitoring Management will randomly listen in on calls in order to evaluate performance. They will primarily be measuring call quality, compliance (ensuring all of the necessary steps were taken i.e. verifying the caller's identify before proceeding, etc.), documentation / accuracy, call time, etc. Manager stated that their department focuses more on quality rather than quantity.
Job Duties:Responsible for answering inbound calls from clients, while providing exceptional customer service
Resolve general inquiries such as username / password resets, address changes, phone number changes, etc.
Document call activity using Clients' proprietary system (they will be expected to document while on the phone with the customer)

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at VirtuAlly, you'll be the first point of contact in our sales process, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in growing our pipeline by identifying and engaging healthcare decision-makers at hospitals and health systems who are ready for modern staffing solutions.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, curious, and coachable professional looking to advance their career in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.
This is a remote role with flexibility in location. To best support our sales operations, candidates are preferred to be based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones, with a preference for Dallas, Denver, Nashville, or Kansas City.
Essential Functions
These are the key responsibilities of the Business Development Representative.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered:
1-3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, or SDR role-in healthcare, staffing, or SaaS
Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
Highly organized and process-driven with strong time management
Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ownership
Comfortable with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo)

Thales is hiring an experience Sales Operations Specialist who will work closely with our America's Sales team to interface with all levels of management as it relates to a broad range of sales-related operational activities. Sales Operation Specialist will be responsible to enhance efficiency and productivity through reporting, forecasting, commissions, sales analytics, sales process improvement and coordination with support functions for the purpose of execution on sales effectiveness.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Data Analytics
Proficient with design, develop, and implementation of global analytics dashboards using BI tools for Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Monitor Salesforce/Finance data quality and run clean-up projects as necessary to ensure data integrity
Work closely with cross functional teams for the preparation of dashboards and business analysis
Improved decision support by translating daily business observations
Sales Operations
Develop, maintain and optimize sales operations processes such as Opportunity Management, Account Segmentation, Forecasting, Data Hygiene, Commissions and Change Management
Proficient with the use of Salesforce.com as the CRM system and Salesforce CPQ for quoting and managing the sales cycle and Clari to facilitate the accuracy of sales forecast
Work closely with Sales leaders in distributing commercial or partner leads in SFDC and drive for necessary actions
Produce regular Finance and Sales pipeline reports/ Power Point slide decks for AMER Quarterly Business Review meetings
Ensure end to end request management for the Sales team (open, follow-up, closure) including escalation to the key stakeholders (Legal, Finance, SBA, Pricing, etc.)
Identify and capitalize Best Practices for Sales Enablement
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technical related or equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree
5+ years experience in high tech fast paced environment, preferably cyber-security
Proficient with Quote-to-Cash and Subscription Management practices for SaaS products
Prior experience in regional sales analytics roles
Proficient with Salesforce, Oracle, and PowerBI
Ability to translate complex data into simple tools and visuals across multiple data platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the company
Strong problem solving skills to help drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the global sales organization
Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven while being customer facing
Excellent organizational and time management skills
