The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing and auditing the accuracy of room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts, and other revenue. This position will also assist with the preparation of all reports.

Complete and transmit accounting reports and supporting documents

Strong communication and basic math/accounting skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

THE ROLE
Chetola Resort is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Night Auditor to serve as the overnight face of the resort. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth overnight operations at the front desk, assisting guests with late-night needs, and performing essential auditing tasks to reconcile the day's financial transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, customer-service focused, and comfortable working independently in a serene overnight environment.
SCHEDULE
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM (full-time). Weekend and holiday availability required. Opportunity to pick up occasional day shift is also available if desired.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Guest Experience & Service Delivery
Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Serve as the primary contact for guest needs during overnight hours
Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with relevant departments as needed
Provide resort information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
