This role is within a data resilience and recovery team that is seeking utilization of Splunk for reporting and analytics from servers, VMware, Ansible, Rubrik, NetBackup, and Cyberarc. This person will work with SMEs from respective platforms, to prioritize the variables for analysis with a goal of configuring alerts and dashboards to monitor 100s of servers and platforms. The goal is that Splunk is configured in a way that weeds out alerts that are not important and only reports on actionable issues. This person will look at the various platforms integrated into Splunk from a security perspective and take the logging to look for abnormalities, so this person should understand how to take events from platforms and log them into Splunk to create refined monitoring solutions within the dashboard. The goal is for the respective platform SMEs to then be able to use this dashboard to acknowledge and tend to alerts for their platform.

Job Description
The Engineer I performs general landscaping and manual work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; maintains and grooms all plants and vegetation; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.

Job Description
Team Penske is seeking a talented and motivated Composites Engineer to join our engineering group. This role is critical in the design, analysis, and manufacturing of high-performance composite components that directly impact our on-track success across all of our racing series. The Composites Engineer will collaborate across design, manufacturing, and technical partner teams to ensure that components meet stringent performance, safety, and quality standards while driving continuous innovation in materials and processes.
Responsibilities
Design composite race car and support equipment components for use in all of Team Penske racing series.
Select and specify appropriate composite materials based on performance, durability, and manufacturing requirements.
Perform structural calculations, FEA, and simulations to ensure the integrity and safety of components.
Develop manufacturing plans and collaborate with shop floor personnel to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
Generate detailed engineering drawings, laminate specifications, and supporting documentation for production.
Create and execute test and validation plans to confirm material and component performance.
Review and provide engineering input for composite repair procedures.
Stay current with emerging composite technologies, best practices, and manufacturing techniques to continuously improve processes.
Establish and maintain technical and manufacturing standards for the Composite Shop and other departments within Team Penske.
Manage and maintain the engineering composite materials database, including prepregs, cores, adhesives, and compliance documentation.
Partner with OEMs to review designs, validate manufacturing processes, and ensure components meet Team Penske's requirements.
Research advanced materials for new applications in motorsports.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to material failures or process inefficiencies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with technical partners to maximize performance and value of partnerships, including participation in technical reviews and marketing events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in composite design, manufacturing, or engineering.
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and surfacing, experience with Siemens NX is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with structural analysis methods.
Hands-on understanding of composite manufacturing techniques and shop processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical groups.

Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision. Job Description
The Engineer I performs general landscaping and manual work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; maintains and grooms all plants and vegetation; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.

Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas; which may include mowing grass, plowing snow, watering lawns, feeding and trimming shrubs, tending flower beds and regularly inspecting assigned work areas to ensure proper property standards are maintained.
Remove refuse and trash from grounds, garage and a variety of exterior areas; pick up trash and clean garage and all exterior areas as assigned; and clean dumpster and loading dock areas.
Repair and maintain facility sidewalks, streetscapes, parking lots, grass, plants, trees and shrubs; operate lawn and grounds equipment including power mowers, snow blowers, bucket loaders and/or street sweepers to clean and maintain the grounds, garage, parking lots and roadways; assists with minor exterior building maintenance as required; and may operate other power equipment as assigned.
Maintain all landscaping and assist with planning, planting and maintaining exterior and interior landscaping in accordance with the landscaping plan which includes mowing lawn, mulching, edging, tree and shrub trimming, flower planting, etc.; recommend suitable purchase and locations of trees and shrubs; and may apply pesticides to plans as directed.
Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include pool decks and sidewalks; performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed.
Re-lamp exterior lighting fixtures; perform basic preventative maintenance and replace bulbs as needed.
Complete painting on exterior surfaces; perform paint stripping of parking lots when needed; will paint interior when rainy or extreme cold weather prevents exterior work.
Adjusts, cleans and performs minor mechanical work on ground equipment; conducts preventive maintenance on Bobcats, Golf Carts, Street Sweepers and pickup trucks.
Attends and participates in professional group meetings; maintains awareness of new trends and innovations in the fields of electrical, lighting, grounds, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.
