The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months. We will also take the following for experience: 6-12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years with carriers less than 50 trucks/drivers. 3 carriers maximum 12 months safe OTR experience in the last 5 years. 4 carriers maximum. 24 months safe OTR experience in the last 10 years. 6 carriers maximum. 6 months local experience in the last 12 months 12 months local experience in the last 36 month Must have a clean MVR, BG and be able to pass a DT • 3 day orientation. All meals and hotel included • Full benefits package. Newer automatic trucks • Home time is flexible.     Presently hiring Class A Truck Drivers with no experience. This is a Class A CDL driver entry level position. To qualify you must have graduated from a training Academy with at least 120 hours of instruction within the last 2 years. You will need to supply your certificate of completion or transcripts to us to verify your total hours. After working hard to get your Class A CDL your finding out, no one will hire you. OTR is actually known as sleeping in the truck in 3 separate states besides your home state. Your initial training is similar to basic training in the military. Your first 30 days will be spend driving OTR with a trainer for 30 days straight. No time home during that first month. After training you'll want to unwind a bit taking 2-5 days off. After your days off, you'll sit down with your driver manager and get a company truck assigned to you. At this point your benefits will kick in as well. Currently we are hiring for 19 openings for Class A drivers without experience. We're offering excellent pay, excellent benefits and several home time options. After training you will be expected to run regionally getting home every week or OTR getting home every 10-14 days. After you build your resume for several months you'll then be able to acquire several other positions including local and dedicated runs.
