Most are regional and OTR jobs. Regional jobs get you home every week and sometimes during the week depending on where your load is going. OTR jobs get you home every 10-14 days for your days off. Local jobs get you home everyday. Semi-local jobs get you home every other day and your days off.
Most of our positions pay between $1200 and $1400 per week to start. Others pay more depending on the position you choose and the endorsements you have acquired.
Some of our dollar store accounts pay between $1400 and $1600 per week to start. Local jobs come available at times but do not depend on that happening your first few months on the job.

Required Qualifications

The pay while in training is just $650 per week. After you return home from training you will take 2-5 days off to unwind from training. Then you will meet with your driver manager and pick from the many positions available.
Most of our positions are regional and OTR jobs. Our regional jobs get you home every week and sometimes during the week depending on where your load is going. OTR jobs get you home every 10-14 days for your days off. Local jobs get you home everyday. Semi-local jobs get you home every other day and your days off.
Most of our positions pay between $1100 and $1300 per week to start. Others pay more depending on the position you choose and the endorsements you have acquired.
Many of our dollar store accounts pay between $1400 and $1600 per week to start. Local jobs come available at times but do not depend on that happening your first few months on the job.
We offer an excellent benefit package including 401k. We also offer tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 to help pay for acquiring your Class A License. We also offer no cost college tuition for you or anyone in your immediate family.

SUPERIOR HOME TIME OPTIONS
DENVER LOCAL (Within 50-mile radius of Aurora, CO): Home daily, with occasional overnight runs during surge periods.
REGIONAL (51-110 mile radius of Aurora, CO): Home weekly, with multiple opportunities to pass by the house for visits. (Regional drivers take a 34-hour reset weekly).
IMPRESSIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Annual Pay: $73,372 - $82,212 (and growing with the account!)
Mileage Pay: $0.70 - $0.80 per mile, based on years of verifiable experience (see scale below).
Weekly Pay: $1,450 - $1,581 average weekly gross.
Stop Pay: $17 per stop (average of 1-3 stops per load).
Detention Pay: $24 per hour after 2 hours, up to $150.
Winter Mountain Driving Bonus: $1,000 per month (paid Nov-Mar), totaling $5,000 annually.
Performance Bonus: Up to 3% additional bonus for safe, on-time deliveries.

EQUIPMENT & OPERATIONS
New Equipment: Primarily 2025 trucks, all equipped with automatic transmissions and auto-chains.
Freight: Refrigerated freight (reefer training provided) - a mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook.
Commitment: 70-hour weekly commitment.
Parking: Trucks must be parked at the Aurora, CO distribution center. Drivers must commute to work.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Professional driving attitude and commitment to safety.
Must be ready for a mixed, customer-dependent schedule.
Hiring Areas: Within a 110-mile radius of Aurora, CO.
Next Steps: Qualified candidates will complete an over-the-phone interview. Orientation will be held in Salt Lake City, UT, with pay based on state minimum wage for 12 hours.
