Class A CDL Driver Beginner Level Please read this entire ad before applying. When you first start with us you must go out with a trainer for 30 days straight all over the country with no days off at your house. Secondly, we will help you fill out part 1 of our online application. We will email you a link to complete part 2 on your own. The application will be reviewed by an applicant processor. You will then be contacted regarding your approval. After you are approved, you will be scheduled for driver orientation. We will schedule you for orientation in the Dallas area. We will reserve a hotel room for you. Breakfast is provided at the hotel and lunch will be catered in. Once you have completed orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a driver trainer for 4 weeks. You will be paid $650 a week during this time. After your training, you will then meet with a fleet manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,200 - $1,400+ per week (depending on the run you choose) we also have a $1,000 per week minimum pay guarantee. Home times will vary depending on the run.
