This full-time agricultural equipment position runs mostly Monday through Friday, with the occasional Saturday if needed. We make sure your work schedule allows for balance while taking care of our customers.
YOUR ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you'll start your day by greeting customers and finding out how we can help with their equipment repair needs. From there, you'll handle work orders, team up with technicians on repairs, and make sure everything runs smoothly in the shop. Communication is key, as you'll be the main link between our team and our customers. Throughout the day, you'll monitor performance, keep an eye on costs, and help solve any issues that arise.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with John Deere service department operations
Working knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
Basic accounting skills
Communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
Team spirit and ability to motivate others

**Summary**

**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Obtain all purchase orders before order deadlines.
+ Enter orders, ensuring accuracy of item codes, case quantities, prices, ship-to location and ship dates before order deadlines.
+ Properly invoice customer orders utilizing bill of ladings, ensuring pricing accuracy and supporting documentation are correct.
