We are different in that we design, build/fabricate, install, and inspect/service/repair overhead cranes, so we cover them through a full life cycle.

As a Service Technician you will run electrical and mechanical diagnostics and deliver required repairs onsite at customer locations. Key responsibilities are going to be troubleshooting and repairing overhead cranes, crane controls, hoists and drives; performing scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment; and comprehensive quality inspections of overhead industrial cranes and hoists. You'll need to be able to read and understand work instructions, manuals, schematics, and fabrication drawings.
A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as a technician or mechanic in an industrial environment working on equipment is going to have you on the right path. If you have experience working on overhead cranes, that's even better and will allow you to jump right in. The role will work on its own at times and at other times connect with our other techs on assignments. We provide a work vehicle, company credit card and company phone to help you get things done.

Scope:
The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
2nd SHIFT Hours of 3 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Initial training will be on 1st shift for a couple of months. This job will provide services at primarily at 8192 Southpark Ln, Littleton CO, 80120 but will also have assignments at locations on Bradford Rd, Littleton, CO 80127. This position is eligible for $2/hourly 2nd shift premium.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

Minor plastic fabrication and welding.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in chemical environments. Standing, walking, climbing, carrying, stooping, bending, crawling, reaching, pulling, lifting, etc. to perform equipment maintenance & repair throughout 8 hour shift. Interface with co-workers from all departments. Work on ladders at heights up to 25 feet. Work in semi-confined areas.
Education and Experience:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
Experience in equipment maintenance, electrical, mechanical or plumbing installation and repair. 3+ years of experience as maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Acceptable driving record to be approved to drive a company vehicle as needed.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a circuit board manufacturing environment. Certifications and licenses a plus.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.
