Formed in 2007 by security industry veterans Lance Dean and Scott Simon, Linear’s 2GIG team develops and produces innovative security and home automation systems.
The 2GIG team developed the GC2 Control Panel, the first self-contained, all-in-one security and home management system complete with color LCD touch screen which was named the 2011 Security Product of the Year by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA).
