What We Need NBA 2K is looking for an analytical and content-savvy Specialist to join our Global Community & Creators team. Support moderation efforts and contribute to a welcoming, well-run member experience. Use Discord bots and similar app integrations to enhance engagement. Monitor fan-run communities to identify healthy opportunities for official participation. Conceptualize and execute plans to improve our presence on the Steam Community. Support livestream guest and tournament contestant coordination. Drive supplemental engagement during livestreams through chat interactions and giveaway management. Contribute to post-event analyses and identify key successes and areas for improvement. Creators & Content Assist in organizing creator-driven opportunities that empower UGC creation and educate players. Coordinate asset delivery and timelines for commissioned content supporting Studio initiatives and Marketing beats. Track performance of creator video and livestream content for campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, X, and Instagram to inform reporting. Support creator discovery and help maintain a database of vetted, current partners. Use player knowledge to contribute to content copywriting, especially for ‘edutainment' and product-focused pieces. Organize Twitch Drops and similar creator/streamer engagement campaigns. Who We Believe Will Be A Great Fit 1-2 years of experience in Community or Creator Relations, content production, or player support, ideally in gaming. Internships count! Strong understanding of NBA 2K (or comparable live/sports game franchises) is required. Knowledge of the tools and best practices across community and content platforms (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Steam, etc). Comfortable using spreadsheets, collaborative tools like G Suite, and project management tools. Fundamental knowledge in Adobe creative apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
