Everything else. Terrible company to work at. Management is horrible. They only care about sales they do not have empathy. Everything they say is doble moral. The HR lady told me to contact her if I have any questions I did and no answer. They don’t care about the employees. Is that kind of company that is only words no action.

-Growth to scale. The company is growing way too fast. The company has ambitious goals for the future, however there is not enough talent/ strong management to support this magnitude of growth. -Human Capital Management: Too often employees will be promoted due to either their tenure and/or friendships with those in upper management. Hiring and on boarding is often rushed and poor in quality. It is quite possible that you may not end up interviewing with your direct manager. It seems like they are over hiring. -Professional Development: Due to how green most of management is, several managers do not have the experience and/or skills with managing, empowering, and training subordinates.
