The company has ambitious goals for the future, however there is not enough talent/ strong management to support this magnitude of growth. -Human Capital Management: Too often employees will be promoted due to either their tenure and/or friendships with those in upper management. Hiring and on boarding is often rushed and poor in quality. It is quite possible that you may not end up interviewing with your direct manager.
