Under the supervision of the Senior System Administrator/IT Support Supervisor, the IT Support Specialist II applies systems analysis techniques and procedures to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications, and design, document, develop, test, or modify computer systems based on user or business specifications. The IT Support Specialist II also serves as the lead for the setup, configuration, and technical support for desktop computers (physical and virtual), applications, and related technology and ensures proper computer operations for the end user.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Design, develop, analyze, and create the virtual desktop infrastructure, including hardware and software components based on end user specifications.
Apply system analysis techniques and procedures to monitor the performance of the VDI environment, identify potential issues and recommend solutions to resolve them.
Identify, develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the VDI environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and ensure that the VDI solutions meet their needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the VDI field.
Provide and lead general desktop support to end users including questions, problem resolution, and service requests related to all supported hardware and software.
Provide and lead first and second line support to the Funds' users via telephone, email, and in-person.
Determines and issues priority levels for helpdesk queues in IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
Monitors system alert management system and responds to alerts for hardware and software issues.
Provide excellent customer service, answer Help Desk phone in courteous and professional manner.
Understand and evaluate end-users' needs, develop creative technical solutions, and know when to escalate a problem.
Document all requests, including the entire problem solving process.
Learn the software and hardware used and supported by the Funds.
Unpack, setup, connect and test new computers, printers and other peripherals in accordance with user specifications.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in accordance with user specifications.
Disconnect, move, reconnect, and test workstations and printers for move and change requests.
Maintain and manage computer asset inventory, ensuring that all equipment is set up and maintained within required specifications and Funds standards.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN basic networking issues.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals issues.
Responsible for setting up audio/visual equipment for presentations in accordance with user specifications.
Facilitate repairs with vendors.
Perform routine maintenance as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Provide support after hours, on weekends and through on-call rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A+ Certification required, Network+, ITIL and Microsoft Professional Certification are pluses.
3-5 years of experience in VDI, IT Support Level 2 or above technical support, and systems analysis.
Solid background in personal computer hardware repair and/or troubleshooting.
Knowledgeable in computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks.
Strong experience with Group Policy Management, MDM, Windows, Windows Server, and Exchange.
Familiar with MS Office, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint Online, and MS Azure.
Familiar with programming languages and/or PowerShell are pluses.
Prior understanding of software deployment, management processes, and/or vendor management are pluses.
Experience with Active Directory configuration, printer server, LAN and WAN networks.
Knowledge of diagnostic utilities and other research tools for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Offer exceptional customer service to end users by being highly communicative and responsive.

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director, Chief of Staff at the 32BJ Health Fund, we are seeking a collaborative, strategic, and pragmatic Senior Manager, Strategic Operations & Governance to help build and optimize governance processes that guide how work is prioritized, resourced, and managed across the Health Fund. This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing operational excellence, aligning strategic priorities, and strengthening governance across enterprise-wide initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications (Competencies):

Summary:

Job Summary:

The 32BJ Health Fund maintains large data platforms, in a hybrid environment, that are continuously evolving with new technology and capabilities. Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, IT Programs, the Project Manager, Application Development is responsible for managing multiple department-based and firm-wide projects involving project plans, communications, resource coordination, stakeholder relationship management, and deliverables. Job Summary:
The 32BJ Legal Services Fund provides legal advice and representation to eligible 32BJ members and their dependents. Reporting to the Supervising Attorney and the Deputy Director of the Legal Services Fund, the Staff Attorney will provide legal services to the members of Building Service 32BJ who are eligible under the union's Legal Services Plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide legal representation in civil matters, including real estate, bankruptcy and estate planning before courts and related venues
Engage in client intake, counseling, research, writing, oral and written advocacy and negotiations as a part of legal representation
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
Represent clients in court hearings and other venues
Develop legal strategy, build case theories, conduct research and assemble evidence
Provide clients with legal advice and guidance
Conduct case preparation including interviewing, investigation, document review, and witness preparation

Position Summary: After extensive paid training and under the supervision of the Member Services Call Center or Welcome Center Supervisor and MSR 2/3 Team, works as a Benefits Specialist for the Member Services Call Center or Welcome Center to assist participants with information for all the benefits offered by the Fund.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing data/information to resolve a problem in real time, at high volume standards.
Provide customer service to participants to resolve eligibility or Fund benefit issues.
Displayed proficiency in all processing systems: eligibility process, Health benefits and system, COOL/V3/DYNAMICS system, CRM/WF and vendor systems
Displayed proficiency in all Funds (Health, Pension, Legal, SRSP, Shortman).
Handling of inquiries through vendors, Medical, Optical, Pharmacy, Dental and Employee Assistance.
Follow workflows to resolve participant questions.
Representatives analyze and interpret customer phone and written correspondence.
Ongoing management of own inventory of work accumulated through Participant interactions/inquiries. These inquiries will involve customer complaints or inquiries on eligibility, enrollment, benefits and claims, and Pension related issues.
Operating computers with multiple information screens to research and resolve customer inquiries on line.
Representatives ensure that all processing meets or exceeds MSR Quality measurement objective and performance standards, including, but not limited to, handling and documentation.
Ability to effectively communicate to Participants.
Perform any other relevant, related or pertinent work or duties as requested or assigned.

Technical Skills:
Strong computer skills.
Detailed knowledge of benefits as displayed in training and determined through subject matter exams utilizing OneView, vendor systems, COOL/V3/DYNAMICS and CRM processing system.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
A demonstrated capability to manipulate and use multiple software programs and macros simultaneously including Excel, Microsoft Word, Windows and Outlook applications.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
Strong ability to multitask.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma, some college preferred; Health Care, Employee Benefits and/or Customer Service experience are strongly preferred.
Bilingual Language Skills: Fluent in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
