Learned much needed technical skills through hands-on experience
In my experience, 365 Data Centers do not care about the customer for who they are but only a source or revenue. Same can be said how their management feels about the employees. 365 Data Centers' sole objective is to pay back share holders.

Desantis has been at this role for a long time. Feel like recently he is regretting his investment choices.
I would improve the company culture by having more group events locally besides just at their Florida locations which are just sales events. 365 Data Centers can try to show employees and customers that they actually care about them as a whole and not just for revenue.
Actually, I did not, they just need someone for their night shift.
After getting interviews and offers from competitors, I would say 365 Data Centers fall behind industry salary averages by at least 17%.
365 Data Centers management does do a good job on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the team.
Looking forward til I left.
CEO and team only cares about paying back shareholders. Grew company through aquisitions but still running like company like it was small.
Fun team before it got too big

It was a paycheck and there are good people working here.
