Responsibilities We are seeking a talented and solutions-oriented 3D modeler to contribute to delivering innovative reality capture solutions. The 3D Modeling Specialist will be responsible for processing site conditions from LiDAR scanners and other photogrammetry equipment, perform data post-processing, scan registering tasks, and perform web viewer visualization. This opportunity is ideal for mid-level professional who's interested in gaining more experience in digital asset management. Responsibilities The selected candidate will get opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and US, including, but not limited to residential high rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, industrial setups, and hotels. Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work. The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in Unites States and/or India. Our projects range vastly in scale, detail, and complexity, and this position requires being able to work on multiple projects at a time with engineers and modelers from multiple geographic locations. Position responsibilities and requirements will include: Support 3D modelers' team leadership to implement latest BIM-related best practices, firm standards, industry learnings and methods. Qualifications Diploma in civil engineering or bachelor's degree in engineering 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience Knowledge and understanding of U.S. drafting standards a plus. Required Skills/Abilities: Extensive knowledge and experience in use of Revit Structure and AutoCAD required. knowledge and experience in Rhinoceros/ grasshopper, including parametric modeling and visual programming is a plus. Previous experience with Cyclone, Autodesk ReCap and/or NavVis Ivion, Autodesk Civil3D, Autodesk Revit is beneficial. Previous reality capture and/or surveying experience is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. This position requires professional caliber makeup artistry skills, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Job Functions) The Specialty Artist - MAC is a champion of Ulta Beauty's mission, vision and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently by performing the following duties and responsibilities of the position (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned): Performance * Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), omni-channel, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships by interfacing with existing guest base, maintaining active contact with a growing preferred guest list, and following up on guest inquiries. * Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, offering samples, and recommending complementary products and/or services. * Conduct personalized, professional caliber makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons; skincare analyses; and product demonstrations with guests to MAC and Ulta Beauty brand standards. * Study and practice the Skill Certification requirements and complete as many skill sets as appropriate, within the specified time frame as set by Ulta Beauty and MAC brand. * Remain informed, participate in, and inform guests about promotions and marketing initiatives within the brand and throughout all categories/departments of the Ulta Beauty store. * Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals for the MAC brand and the store. * Take the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services during work time, and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these trends, products, and services to better serve guests. * Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
