Will be overseeing up to 6-7 individuals at a time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receives work assignments and schedules from Production Manager. Direction of plate freezer employees for effective completion of freezing and palletizing raw product including training, daily assignments and production goals, required paperwork, safety, etc. Adherence to detail regarding housekeeping, safety standards and GMP's. Evaluation of product at all points during the freezing process to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards. Troubleshoot mechanical and operations issues and ensure efficiencies. Timely and accurate completion of finished frozen products. Report faulty equipment, damages, and other safety hazards to manager. Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
