Support the development and commercialization of new fleet graphics solutions and brand owner graphics by providing insights on fleet manager and brand owner needs.
Collaborate with area portfolio and marketing experience lab to lead development and implementation of USAC marketing plan.
Identify, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and guide data‐driven decision‐making.
Synthesize key market insights from various sources (e.g. industry KOLs, customers, sales team). Utilize this data to articulate USAC needs to various internal stakeholders.
Your Skills and Expertise

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of marketing and/or business development experience in a B2B environment in a private, public, government or military environment.
Two (2) years experience working with electronic sales and data tools such as Power BI and SFDC.

Role Purpose
Perform routine and repetitive duties involved in minor adjustments and operation of assigned machines to meet quality and production requirements.

* Day shift, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Principal Accountabilities
* Operate machine, basic troubleshooting, making adjustments and appropriate escalation as required in order to maintain quality and production requirements.

* Maintain production log, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operator Live Log, etc. to track detail of daily production.
* Record time or production information required on proper form. Detect and report defective material, unusual conditions, or faulty equipment to proper supervision.
* Observe all prescribed or standard safety rules and regulations. Following AIB guidelines, wearing all required PPE, submitting required amount of BBSOs and required documentation.
* Maintain workplace housekeeping such as work, storage area, machine, and related equipment to provide a safe, clean work environment.
* Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed.

R&D internships are available for both digital science and laboratory-based roles in the following areas:
Corporate technology: Researchers working in one of our corporate R&D laboratories are concerned with the materials, processes, and/or analytical tools that go into the development of new technologies/methods and the generation of intellectual property, including patents. Projects in corporate technology may involve formulation science, synthetic chemistry, process design/control, materials characterization, development of new analytical techniques, materials scale-up, etc.
Product engineering and development: interns working as product engineers or developers will collaborate with other researchers in our business and corporate research laboratories to address challenges in existing products and/or develop new products. Projects in the product engineering and development space may involve formulation science, process design/control, materials characterization, voice of customers, etc.
Digital science and engineering: interns working in this area will use and/or develop digital science tools to address research challenges in the corporate research and business labs. Projects in the digital science and engineering space may involve: optimizing algorithms for computational efficiency, speed, and usability; building capabilities with software tools e.g., Microsoft Azure ML and/or AWS ML, Python; implementing complex data engineering processes to support innovative data science solutions; leveraging key ML or AI solutions toward materials and engineering problems; developing innovative models and simulations of complex chemical and physical processes.
Your Skills and Expertise

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in science or engineering from an accredited institution.

Hands-on experience in areas such as additive manufacturing, robotics, mechanical design, and/or hard goods.
Experience with Microsoft Azure ML and/or AWS ML.

Ability to apply object-oriented design and/or design patterns to software development.

+ Read and work to the indicated accuracy, specifications and tolerances as detailed on engineering drawings, machine assembly prints, machine construction prints, blueprints, sketches, equipment manuals, process flow diagrams, and vendor diagrams.
+ Test and treat water circulation systems associated with HVAC systems such as cooling tower, chilled water, and radiant heat systems to prevent corrosion, scaling, and biological growth. Troubleshoot and make repairs to chemical injection systems to maintain desired chemical treatment levels. Determine required chemical treatment requirements and perform manual additions to systems without automated treatment systems.
+ Set up, operate and read precision testing and measuring instruments to the instrument manufacturer's specifications and to the degree of accuracy required. Precision testing and measuring instruments include devices such as leak detectors, pressure gages, thermometers, psychrometers, velometers, and similar instruments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,500.00 - $94,400.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. As an Environmental Compliance Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Providing environmental compliance and sustainability leadership and direction, in consultation with the leadership teams for the Cottage Grove location.
Leading projects and teams to ensure compliance with all environmental requirements, including tracking compliance obligations, incident investigations, and closure of action plans.
Setting short and long-term strategic direction, site environmental priorities, and assigning resources.
Managing to site performance targets, coach, and lead salaried and hourly employees.
Elevate and support site environmental culture through an expansion of standard work, employee engagement, mentoring and coaching, assuring effective and efficient resources (people and capital), and a pervasive, full compliance mindset.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations, and conformance to all 3M environmental compliance expectations.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, science discipline, or other environmental health and safety discipline (i.e., industrial hygiene, public health, etc.) (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of environmental or environmental, health and safety experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Three (3) years of experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment and understanding of environmental compliance regulations, monitoring, reporting and environmental management systems.
One (1) year of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role leading a team.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Five (5) or more years of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role leading a team.
Five (5) or more years of experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment and understanding environmental compliance regulations, monitoring, reporting, and environmental management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with all employees within the plant.
Experience working with federal, state, and local environmental regulatory agencies, including compliance permitting, inspections, and routine regulatory interactions.
Self-directed, detail oriented, good prioritization and organizational skills
Analytical, leadership, project planning, program development and deployment skills
Master's degree or higher in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, science discipline, or related environmental health and safety discipline (i.e. industrial hygiene, public health, etc.)
