KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform stress analysis using complex finite element and classical calculation methods, and support product testing. * Conduct heat transfer analyses (analytical correlations and finite element methods) and apply theory in thermodynamics, single and multi-phase flows, and energy systems. * Provide technical oversight to global engineering teams across time zones. * Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. * Ensure requirements validation, project and product compliance, and risk management. * Participate in and conduct design reviews and technical presentations for internal and external customers. * Contribute to process development, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
