48forty Solutions CEO and leadership

Mike Hachtman is the CEO of 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services. He founded Relogistics Services in 2011 after beginning his career in the pallet industry in 1997 with Fraser Industries. Fraser later became part of PalEx and later IFCO Systems, where he last held the position of Senior Vice President. Hachtman previously served as Chairman of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission and held several other positions within the Texas state government, including Chief of Staff for the Texas Railroad Commission. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association, where he was past-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee. Mike also was past Chairman of the Reusable Packaging Association. Mike holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Texas A&M University.

Jennifer was the Chief Financial Officer with Binswanger Enterprises, a full service glass installation business based in Memphis, TN. Prior to her career at Binswanger, Jennifer spent 23 years with Eaton Corporation’s Electrical Group. Jennifer served in various Finance and Controllership roles, both domestically and globally with Eaton, specializing in large acquisition integrations, financial process improvement, strategy, and plant controllership.

Jennifer holds an MBA from Clemson University and a BS in Finance from Florida State University.

Chuck has nearly 20 years of information technology and management experience across several industries and is responsible for the strategy of 48forty’s information technology organization as they provide the tools and technologies that enable 48forty to deliver exceptional services to its valued customers. Chuck served as the Director of Business Applications for IFCO Pallet Management Services from 2006 to 2011 then as IT Director until 2015 where he led the strategy and execution of the recycled business’ many advancements in operational and analytical solutions.

Prior to joining 48forty, Chuck held a variety of IT leadership positions in the oil and gas industry and most recently in the mining and manufacturing industry.

Earlier in his career, Chuck held engineering design roles at Fluor Corporation and he also served in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power Program.

Jon has 15 years industry experience, including roles in Plant Operations, Strategic Customer Development, and General Management. He joined the CHEP Recycled executive leadership team in 2015 as Senior Director and General Manager of the East Region. Prior to the CHEP acquisition in 2011, Jon held various General Manager and Director level roles with IFCO Pallet Management Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Virginia.

Kyle has 30 years of industry experience, including roles in Sales, Account Management, Operations, Multi-site and Logistics Management, and General Management. He joined IFCO in 2008 and has served as General Manager Atlanta, East Region Operations Director and National Sales Director. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University.

Mark Sponseller is Chief Integration Officer. Prior to his current role, Mark had served as the CFO for one of the company’s predecessor firms, Prime Woodcraft, Inc. During the past 25 years, Mark was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal. He also held other senior executive roles for several closely held and private equity-backed firms in a variety of industry sectors including consumer product, retail, automotive, industrial, transportation, and chemical. Mark has extensive experience in strategic management, mergers and acquisitions (M & A), and post-merger integration.
