What You'll Do
Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition
Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly
Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Efficiently work without constant supervision to achieve production quotas in the repair area safely
Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, to the appropriate staging area
Check loads to make sure they are secure
Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system
What You'll Need
Demonstrated, experience safely operating air-driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools
High school degree or GED required
Excellent oral and written communication skills needed

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the SLO team in maximizing operational availability and minimizing life cycle costs of Boeing products with low observable design features.
Analyze customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various products.
Develop high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications.
Validate designs through various methods of review, testing, and analysis.
Implement supportability guidelines early in platform design.
Share SLO experience and methods across low observable programs.

Job Description Summary: The purpose of this role is to determine the labor and material resources needed, and time required for each planned maintenance jobs (PM/CM/Outage/other planned activities) to ensure smooth operation of all Maintenance functions of the Engineering Team. The role is responsible to develop and support an effective integrated planning and scheduling system with Production, which allows an overview of all maintenance plans that may interact with the different assets and will oversee the optimum utilization of the resources and spare parts with minimum impact in asset availability. High Speed Manufacturing.
Responsibilities: Main activities and accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program that promotes efficiency and productivity while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and safety standards.
Schedule and complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on time to protect production areas from unplanned work and minimize disruptions to equipment operation.
Manage all planned and scheduled maintenance activities, including work orders generation, resources allocation, and backlog reduction, to ensure on-time work completion and eliminate delays.
Validate the time, materials, resources, and tools required to complete each job and ensure compliance with technical and HS&E specifications.
Monitor and control maintenance costs, recorded hours, planning index, and backlog trends to identify priorities, trigger revisions of maintenance plans, and propose improvement projects.
Coordinate with production planning to increase planned work and ensure optimum utilization of technicians and spare parts.
Provide resources to the line support team in case of absences and rotate to ensure business continuity.
Outsource planned workload that is not a core work for the plant when and where it is possible to do so.
Qualifications: High School Diploma required; higher level degree education preferred.
3-5 years of experience in maintenance as a technician or first-line supervisor required, with a focus on processing and packaging equipment installation, maintenance, and machine start-up.
3-5 years' experience with plant facility and utility equipment maintenance, preferred
Demonstrated capability in Servant Leadership attributes for interpersonal relations and team development skills, required
Formally trained in maintenance excellence requirements and processes including planning and work control, priorities management, scheduling, assignment and managing KPI´s
Working experience with a CMMS tool required, (SAP Preferred)
Capable of listening, coaching, and supporting communication skills related to training
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

About the Role
Supervisor - Talent Acquisition provides day-to-day leadership for Bronson's Talent Acquisition team, overseeing recruiters and recruiting coordinators while ensuring a high level of service, compliance, and candidate experience across the system.
This highly visible role partners closely with leaders across the organization to support hiring strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists and Recruiting Coordinators
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Conduct regular one-on-ones, team huddles, and development conversations
Hold team members accountable to performance expectations and KPIs
Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention of TA staff
Distribute workload appropriately and reassess regularly based on business needs
Recruitment Strategy & Operations
Partner with TA leadership to support system-wide recruitment strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical recruitment
Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Assist with hiring plans, workforce forecasting, and retention strategies
Lead and support participation in career fairs, campus events, and community outreach
Build and maintain relationships with universities, community partners, and external organizations
Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through start date
Support recruiters with complex or escalated requisitions and candidate issues
Ensure a consistent, positive candidate and hiring leader experience
Act as a resource to leaders on fair hiring practices, compliance, and process consistency
Metrics, Analytics & Compliance
Monitor recruiter performance across req load, pipeline health, time-to-fill, SLAs, and hiring leader engagement
Use talent analytics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Prepare and review recruitment reports and dashboards
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal policies
Support EEO and employment-related reporting and initiatives
Process Improvement & Projects
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, tools, and efficiency
Provide recommendations for process improvements within budget
Participate in and lead special projects as assigned
Navigate ambiguity and change while maintaining operational continuity
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field required
Experience
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources
3+ years of leadership experience managing recruiters or TA professionals
Strong preference for experience leading clinical recruitment teams
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or complex hiring environments
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including occasional nights and weekends
On-call availability as business needs require
Ability to travel up to 20%
