Ron Templeton is a 25-year veteran of the healthcare industry with deep expertise in the flow of financial, clinical, and claims data between payers, providers, vendors, and employers. Mr. Templeton has launched, financed, or managed many early stage healthcare technology companies. He has brought to market groundbreaking technologies and solutions. Many of these ventures were acquired by the most prominent healthcare companies including Unitedhealthcare, Walgreens, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield. Mr. Templeton is recognized throughout the industry for bringing novel healthcare technologies and solutions to market, turning around struggling enterprises, positioning companies for acquisitions and generating significant investor returns.

Clayton Lazenby is Chief Financial Officer and one of the Founders of the Company. He is responsible for 4C’s overall financial strategy and direction as well as human resources, risk management, accounting, and legal. Clayton Lazenby has over 30 years of experience as a CFO. He was previously the CFO of an auto parts distribution company for 20 years, after which he started into the IT startup world with stints as CFO of InteliTap, LLC and BridgeGate International. Clayton Lazenby has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 35 years.

Chief Strategy Officer with a demonstrated history in the financial & health care industry. Drives performance through creative thinking, inclusive team-focused dialogue and strong technical expertise. Holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University College of Engineering.
