They other employees they take advantage of.

Cons of working at 4Front Ventures

Management, no raises for multiple years, lack of advancement, zero training, employees pay over 50% of healthcare premiums, no company match on 401k. My last "manager" told me I wouldn't be getting an annual review, since I wouldn't be getting a raise. Literally, the worst experience of my career. If you care about cannabis or yourself, don't work for this company.

Literally nothing. The cannabis isn't even worth it after the generous discount.

What do you like best about 4Front Ventures's CEO and the leadership team?

There's nothing to like about the CEO, & management team. Terrible leadership. Again, one of the worst experiences of my career. A compliance "director" told my that we wouldn't be having an annual review since I wasn't getting a raise anyway. Encouraged me to look for another job & bring back the offer to get a raise that way. A complete joke of a company.

How would you improve 4Front Ventures's culture?

The company can improve culture by selling to a more competent company.

How did you prepare for the 4Front Ventures interview?

You prepare by not accepting the interview. Don't waste a second of your time on this company.

How does your compensation at 4Front Ventures compare to the industry average?

In my experience, I and the people at my facility did not receive a raise the last 3 years I worked there.

What brings you the most joy at 4Front Ventures?

Personally, the most fulfilling part of my day was leaving.

What's the diversity at 4Front Ventures like?

4Front Ventures doesn't care about their employees, so they also could care less about diversity.
