The Packaging Associate is responsible for the processing and packaging of cannabis products in preparation for distribution to retail sites. This includes the hand filling of pre-rolled joints and flower containers, as well as the use of automated and non-automated packaging machines and tools to prepare our products for purchase. Priorities include working with industrial machinery and equipment, packaging, labeling, sorting, and product tracking while following all compliance and workplace safety measures. This is a hands-on production position where teamwork and a passion for product quality are crucial.

Starting hourly wage, $17/hourly

WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a hands-on, cannabis packaging position which involves the handling of cannabis products and packaged goods.
You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment.
Rooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at times.
Kneeling, squatting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, walking, pivoting, standing (all expected activities)
Plant pollen is present on surfaces and in the air, extraction fumes may also be present.

The Cultivation Flowering Associate is an integral role within our Cultivation department, responsible for supporting and assisting the Flowering Supervisor(s) and Manager(s) in all aspects of plant nurturing and management. YOUR DAY TO DAY
Assist with daily inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease, or other undesired conditions

Summary/Objective:

May be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
Repetitive motions include but are not limited to bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and squatting on a daily basis. This role also requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
*NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout building.
