Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Lead the IT Sales & Commercial domain.
Analyze, research, plan, and design for the environment within the Sales & Commercial domain ensuring that business needs are met, coordinating within the broader group of Solutions Architects to ensure an integrated, coherent approach to the whole systems design.
Work closely with your counterparts within the business to provide architectural and application expertise and guidance applied to the entire spectrum of the Sales & Commercial systems implementation.

Job posting Salary Range

Essential Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and manage open spaces that include both built and natural environments.
Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces for people to relax and enjoy.
Ensure that all changes to the natural environment are sustainable, appropriate, and sensitive to existing surroundings.
Work on diverse projects, which include parks and recreation, greenways and trails, urban design and redevelopment, transportation and streetscapes, housing, habitat restoration, educational campuses as well as healthcare and wellness...
Collaborate directly with external project partners, including architects, planners, arborists, environmentalists, engineers, and surveyors.
Conduct site analysis, opportunities and constraint assessments including feasibility studies for landscape projects.
Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3D technology such as SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS mapping for design and visualization.
Oversee project implementation, including construction coordination, site inspections and reporting.
Engage with clients to understand project goals and provide innovative solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging landscape architecture technologies.
Support marketing efforts, including preparing presentations and project proposals.
Guide and coach project landscape designers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in landscape architecture or a related field.
Newly Licensed Landscape Architect (or in the final process of obtaining licensure) preferred.
5+ years of experience in landscape architecture, urban planning, or related design fields.
FDOT or other state transportation design experience including Microstation a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land FX, 3D software SketchUp/Lumion, GIS, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong understanding of site sustainable design principles and environmental planning.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage projects, collaborate with design staff and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient horticulture and plant knowledge.
Experience assembling construction documents, reports and exhibits. Experience with permitting processes and regulatory compliance a plus.
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
