The Shift Leader is responsible for following company policy to ensure the safe and efficient operation of his or her shift as well as carrying out his or her job in an honest and ethical manner, complying with all laws and regulations, and all company policies and requirements. Shift Leaders must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
