Our Chefs are held at a high standard with clear expectations to be the leader of the restaurant, the ambassadors or our product and the executor of our hospitality. As the Executive Chef, you will be partnered with the General Manager and serve as an integral member of our leadership team. Essential Responsibilities:
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned to set up the day for success.
Creating prep lists for all kitchen crew.
Support the preparation of all food items for meal period and next service.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas.
Trouble shoot any deficiencies of food items and/or any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
Develop all kitchen crew for cross training and promotion.
Lead all roll out programs to the menu, seasonal items, and recipe changes.
Write/Approve the schedule for Kitchen crew by forecasting business trends, outside elements, performance measures
Monthly End of Period inventory (all kitchen)
Interface and communicate with RCP/GM on financial responsibilities and results
Ensures that all food products meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality.
Inspects and approve dishes before they go to guest tables. Examine and assess the quality of ingredients and presentation.

Creates and is responsible for execution of corrective action plans for kitchen.

Essential Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 21 years of age.
4 years kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full service, restaurant (annual sales over $8M)
High school graduate.
Culinary training.

Ability to communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers.

The Busser is one of the most supportive roles we have in the restaurant. As part of the service team, they impact the guest throughout their whole experience. From setting tables, to communicating with the other work groups without their partnership we would not be successful. As a busser you will be working in a fast paced environment, using your ability to multitask to execute each shift to the standards of service.
All crewmembers provide friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guest service that goes above and beyond at all times. Each crewmember contributes and excels in a team service environment. You will be responsible for understanding and following all company standards and guidelines, and performs opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Some high school education.
Current CA Food Handler's Card.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers.
Ability to maintain complete knowledge of the busser standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Complete opening duties as assigned.
Clear and reset tables according to the restaurant's guidelines, keep bus stations stocked with supplies.
Communicate with front desk and servers to ensure efficient service and Guest satisfaction.
Follow restaurant's service standards when serving and assisting Guests (e.g. refilling water glasses).
Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout shift.
Contribute to the restaurant team by assisting whenever needed.
Interact in courteous and professional manner with Guests, management and co-workers.
Maintain restaurant standards of hygiene and sanitation follow all Health Department regulations.
Complete closing duties as assigned.
Leave duty after reporting to manager.
