Ruben Castano is the Chief Executive Officer at 6Connex. He is responsible for leading all strategic and business operations of 6Connex.

Previously, Ruben operated as Chief Revenue Officer for Blue Software LLC., a Danaher Company, leading a global team serving 100,000+ users, 12,000+ brands, and 5,000+ companies worldwide. Ruben’s organization helped transform a go-to-market strategy that drove disruption in an industry delivering significant high-velocity revenue growth of ACV with a 440% increase over a two-year period.

Prior to joining Blue Software, Ruben served as Vice President and Managing Director, Americas at 1WorldSync, a Battery Ventures Company. In the 13+ years at 1WorldSync serving more than 17,000 customers across 54 countries, Ruben led teams turning a previously flat-level performing organization to double-digit percentage growth results year over year.

Ruben holds a BBA in Management from the University of Texas, San Antonio. Ruben has lived in Texas his entire life calling San Antonio home since 1990. He and his wife Belinda have 2 daughters and in his free time, you can find him enjoying the Texas outdoors (golf, hunting, fishing) or hosting a BBQ.

Emily Wilson is the Chief Financial Officer at 6Connex.

Emily is a seasoned financial executive, with more than 20 years of experience in financial management and operations including venture capital fundraising, debt lending, and corporate restructuring. In her most recent role as Vice President of Finance at Perspectium, she led improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, drive profitability, and fuel top line growth. Prior to her role at Perspectium, Emily held leadership positions at Awarepoint, ALOR, and TC Digital Games, LLC. Emily holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accountancy from Wake Forest University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Geoffrey Wellen is the Chief Customer Officer at 6Connex.

Geoff has excelled in helping companies design and deliver world-class service that exceeds customer expectations for more than 30 years. His global experience in service delivery includes transforming large organizations and managing extensive vendor partner networks in start-up, high-growth, and blue-chip companies including Apple, CDW, CareerTrack Seminars, and AT&T. Geoff earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Denver and a Master of Hospitality Administration degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Luiz Martins is the Chief Marketing Officer at 6Connex.

Luiz boasts more than 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and operations at several multinational companies. As an executive at Esko, 1WorldSync, and Mitsubishi, Martins established a track record of success launching SaaS-based technologies globally. Early in his career, Martins was a partner and Brazil country manager for a start-up company funded by J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
