Position Summary: This role sits on the Brand team and focuses on packaging, in-store design, and physical brand touchpoints across a growing fleet of cafés. You'll bring the 7 Leaves brand to life in real-world environments, ensuring every detail is intentional, consistent, and on-brand. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations, you'll own design execution from concept through production-balancing creativity with scalability and operational needs. This hands-on role is ideal for a designer who understands systems, production, and physical brand execution, not just aesthetics. Position Details & Work Requirements: Salary Range - $71,000k - $75,000K (Exempt) Location - Onsite at our Huntington Beach Corporate Office Work Environment: Hybrid, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote with occasional visits to stores or field locations Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals. What You'll Do: Design and execute restaurant packaging, including cups, bags, straws, napkins, sleeves, and labels. Design menus across in-store, drive-thru, seasonal, and promotional formats. Apply and help maintain brand guidelines across all physical and digital touchpoints to ensure consistency and quality. Support seasonal campaigns, limited-time offers, and special collaborations from concept through execution. Manage quarterly photoshoots with external photographers, including creative direction, shot lists, on-set brand oversight, and post-production asset alignment. Support creative needs for licensed partnerships; experience working with licensed IP is a plus. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure designs are production-ready, operationally sound, and on-brand. Contribute light motion or video work for screens, social content, or internal presentations as needed. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in: Packaging designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and production-ready. The 7 Leaves brand is applied consistently across all physical and digital touchpoints. Design assets support brand storytelling, seasonal launches, and café experiences. Projects move efficiently from concept to execution with minimal revisions. Cross-functional partners trust design as a strategic contributor, not just a service function.
