About the Role: As a Team Member, you will represent 7 Leaves in cultivating an incredible customer experience. We pride ourselves in creating consistent and high quality products and a warm and inviting ambiance. Team Members always strive to provide extraordinary service to all customers, prepare consistent, quality beverages, and foster a clean and welcoming store environment.This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance. Job Responsibilities: Serving our customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out) Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups Requirements and Qualifications: Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs. About the Role: In this role, the Drink Cook is responsible for the creation, quality, proper storing and packaging of our coffee and tea products. The Drink Cook is the core of our business, producing all of our signature beverages by brewing all our signature tea and coffee bases. This role will work closely with store management and the back of house kitchen to ensure the proper production Job Responsibilities: Develop a familiarity with all 7 Leaves recipes, preparation times, and measurements to produce our coffee and teas for our stores A strict adherence to food safety protocols- company and state guidelines- to ensure the safety and quality of our products Regularly inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supply of ingredients and products are prepared according to company specifications and needs Maintain a calm and professional composure during regular, high volume, or additionally orders requested by their supervisor Adeptly communicate and collaborate with upper management and other team members to circumvent any foreseeable or sudden issues that may arise such as damages, faulty products, etc Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor.
