Prior to that, Sipes worked in brand management at PepsiCo and was a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton in their marketing intensive group, providing strategic guidance to marketing and media companies such as Heinz Company, Callaway Golf, and Universal Pictures.

Sipes also serves on the board of directors of PandaDoc, an all-in-one document automation company that streamlines the process of creating, approving, and eSigning proposals, quotes, and contracts.

Sipes holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of California, Berkeley.

Samuel Wilson is 8x8's Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading the company's financial strategy and overseeing the Company’s accounting and financial reporting, planning, tax and treasury functions, as well as investments in 8x8's SaaS platform and future growth.

Most recently, as 8x8's Chief Customer Officer, he managed the complete customer lifecycle globally, including professional services, implementation, customer support and the enablement teams. He previously managed 8x8’s strategic business initiatives and expansion into the UK and Europe, in addition to his role as 8x8’s SVP for the global small business, eCommerce and US mid-market sales.

Wilson joined 8x8 in 2017 from MobileIron where he was instrumental in taking the company public and part of the team that grew annual billings from $26 million to $200 million, including building and leading their eCommerce business.

Prior to MobileIron, he spent 14 years in technology banking, both as an analyst covering communications and as an institutional investor. He is an internationally recognized financial expert, Chartered Financial Analyst and former top-rated Wall Street analyst.

Wilson is also a veteran, having served in the US Army. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Previously, Mr. Zinn held senior legal positions at MediaOne Group Inc. and Continental Cablevision. Before moving in-house, Mr. Zinn worked for the law firm of Cole, Raywid & Braverman (later merged into Davis Wright Tremaine) in Washington, D.C. representing communications clients before federal, state, and local government agencies. Mr. Zinn holds a J.D. from George Washington University’s National Law Center and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
