Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for driving the early stages of the federal sales funnel across U.S. Government agencies, including the FBI, DEA, DHS, HSI, and Department of Defense. This role focuses on generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads within assigned accounts to build a robust pipeline for the 908 Devices product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Own inbound/outbound lead flow for U.S. Federal and DoD; respond, qualify (Requirement • Funding • Acquisition Path • Timeline • Stakeholders), and route to sales.
Outreach & Campaigns: Execute targeted outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and digital outreach to uncover prospect needs, funding, and purchasing timelines.
Opportunity Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess fit with 908 Devices' portfolio (MX908, VipIR, XplorIR, ProtectIR, etc.) and move prospects from awareness to qualified.
Pipeline & Capture Support: Maintain clean Salesforce data; surface relevant RFIs/RFQs (SAM.gov, agency portals); align activities with contract-vehicle partners (GSA, DLA, IDIQs, BPAs).
Events & Engagement: Rapidly follow up on webinar and conference leads, converting interest into scheduled demos, evaluations, or briefings.

This position may also be eligible to receive additional compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in social media, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong experience across B2B and consumer including social media, content strategy, platform execution, and community management.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other leading tools.
Experience leading and mentoring digital marketing teams and overseeing multiple client accounts.
Strong understanding of digital analytics, reporting, and optimization.
Collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in an integrated PR, creative, and marketing environment.
Compensation: The salary for this role is $105,000‑130,000 based on experience.

What You'll Do:
• Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Product Development to ensure accuracy and quality in new styles
• Create and update tech packs including measurements, construction details, and grading using Illustrator, Excel, and PLM tools
• Own styles from initial design handoff through production, reviewing Proto, PP, and PPS samples
• Measure garments, lead and assist fittings, and send detailed fit comments to overseas vendors
• Troubleshoot fit, construction, and quality issues in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate potential risks impacting fit approvals, quality, or delivery timelines
• Track and organize Proto through PPS samples while maintaining accurate style history
• Collaborate with overseas suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For:
• 7-10 years of Technical Design experience
• Women's activewear or lifestyle apparel experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, finishing, and methods of assembly
• Basic understanding of pattern-making; digital or 3D experience is a plus
• Proficiency in PLM systems (Centric a plus), Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
