This is an on-site people management role that works directly with our top sellers and their assistants to help their team operate with intention, insight, and efficiency. The Personal Stylist Sales Manager brings a sharp commercial lens, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to help amplify the seller's impact on one of our most important client segments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead, coach, and motivate a top-performing seller and assistants, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in client service, accountability, and results
Serve as a strategic business partner to the Personal Stylist, owning sales execution and working collaboratively to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive revenue growth through targeted selling strategies, individual performance development plans, and consistent goal setting with the team
Monitor and analyze weekly selling performance, category mix, and key business drivers to identify trends and inform real-time sales strategy adjustments
Conduct regular coaching sessions, sales floor presence, and team performance reviews to elevate productivity and selling skills
Support forecasting, goal setting, and event planning with clear, data-driver insights and sales-focused recommendations
Partner cross-functionally with store leadership, merchant teams, and corporate functions (e.g., planning, inventory, client development) to ensure optimal sales execution and client experience.
Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships by actively engaging with the client book
Track and report on KPIs including client retention, acquisition, reactivation, and team productivity, using insights to drive coaching and performance interventions
Provide actionable reporting tools and dashboards to enable informed, real-time decisions at both team and individual levels
Stay current on competitive landscape, luxury client trends, and seasonal shifts to proactively align selling strategies and client engagement
Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and alignment with Saks Global and Neiman Marcus brand values

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, business strategy, planning, or sales operations-preferably within a high-performing, client-centric environment

Operations
Under the supervision by the pharmacist, assist in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state, federal, and company policy. Reviews and complies with the Walgreen Co. Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist and Store Manager including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions. Assists pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow.
Reports, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program.
Strictly adheres to the Walgreen Co. policy regarding Good Faith Dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activities.
Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, collects and handles cash as required. Takes customer to OTC aisle when possible to assist in locating products.
Handles telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
Processes (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
Assists and supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as, ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance.

Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
Earns and maintains PTCB or ExCPT certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. Otherwise, earns PTCB or ExCPT certification as condition of promotion to senior technician.
Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager and acquires continuing education credits. Maintains knowledge and skill in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest news and developments.
Basic Qualifications
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
Prefer good math skills so they can fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring and weighing medications.
Prefer good computer skills.
Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control.
Prefer PTCB or ExCPT certification.

Your Role

Your Role
You will provide technical expertise to support the store during store hours with various maintenance needs, such as repairs and general upkeep of most of the systems associated with the Neiman Marcus retail store. You will aid in maintaining and troubleshooting all critical building equipment and conduct preventative maintenance work. This includes but is not limited to electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, lighting (lamps and ballasts), generators, flush valves, and facets.
In addition, you will develop and maintain partner relationships with your internal and external customers while responding to both critical and routine support requests. What You'll Do
You will be responsible for weekly preventive maintenance on all building equipment and building envelop, to include daily/weekly and monthly logging of safety inspections

About You

The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,700-$120,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development
* Build and deliver scalable Learning & Development programs for store teams and leaders, focused on Selling, Styling, Selling Leader, Leadership Development, and Operation training and engagement
* Lead the design and deployment of certifications, microlearnings, and ongoing development pathways to sustain selling excellence.
* Collaborate with the Product Education team to integrate product knowledge into customer-facing training and elevate stylist and leader capability.
* Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure training effectiveness and continuously optimize for impact.
Training and Resources:
* Create Selling, Styling, and Development guides, tools, and learning content to support consistent execution in stores.
* Deliver training across multiple formats (e-learning, instructor-led, webinars, train-the-trainer) to meet diverse global needs.
* Partner with cluster and global operations teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and effectiveness of global tools, programs, and technologies.
Project Management:
* Own and lead the implementation of global customer experience programs including Customer Selling, Styling, Selling Leader, Mystery Shop, and support Customer Satisfaction surveys.
* Ensure follow-up, accountability, and continuous improvement in execution across regions.
* Contribute to global and cross functional projects supporting customer experience strategies and ensure consistent rollout and alignment across markets.
* Track project progress, build reports and project documents that report updates to the Director and key stakeholders.
Performance Analysis:
* Monitor KPIs tied to Customer Selling, Styling, Mystery Shop, and Customer Satisfaction.
* Partner with operations and finance to analyze results, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
* Translate data into actionable plans that improve customer experience and drive results in stores.
About You
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in training, retail operations, and customer experience
* Exceptional communication/writing skills
* Learning and Development certifications required
* Instructional Design certifications preferred
* Proven ability to design, deliver, and sustain customer-focused training programs across multiple geographies.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple initiatives.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with change management principles and adoption strategies.
* Retail store experience preferred.
