Afterward, Jeff was the online marketing manager at ACT Conferencing, a global teleconferencing company, where he was in charge of worldwide online strategy and online demand generation. He joined Carbon8 (now 9thWonder) shortly after the company formed and helped guide the development and technology teams.

Jeff holds a degree in radio, television and film from the University of Texas and an MBA with a marketing focus from Texas A&M University.

He spends a lot of his free time snowmobiling, tinkering with machines and building small electronic systems, all with varying degrees of success.

Mark Mitton the Chief Marketing Office of 9thWonder, a global creative strategic agency. Mark founded Carbon8, a \'digital first\' agency in 2009 which grew to 50 employees and was acquired by 9thWonder in 2017. Mark has appeared on MSNBC's Business Makeover program and is a regular speaker on digital marketing and branding. At Carbon8, Mark has led numerous monumental projects ranging from the branding of a new ski resort in Colorado to the revolutionary website Rocketbuilder.com.

Before Carbon8, Mark was co-founder and partner at MCG, the Market Creation Group, where he oversaw the agency’s creative work. Prior to MCG, Mark’s positions included leading branding, public relations, advertising, demand generation, market research and e-marketing programs at both large and startup technology companies, such as Level 3 Communications, SpectraLink, BTI, iWorlds and Diveo. At Diveo, a technology startup, Mark created and directed the company’s product management and product marketing strategy. Within a short period of time, the company became the largest hosting company across Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. At BTI, a regional telecommunications company headquartered in Raleigh, NC, Mark directed the creation of the company’s first television and radio advertising campaigns.

Mark is also President of the Board of the Parkinson Association of the Rockies where he gives of his time to help support, strengthen and empower the Parkinson community in Colorado.

Mark has an MBA in international business from the University of South Carolina. He also speaks Spanish and Portuguese, is a father of five, enjoys climbing 14ers, loves to sing karaoke and has an unfulfilled dream to be a TV weatherman.

Minh Le is a 20-year industry veteran who, as 9thWonder's Chief Digital Officer, is responsible for growing 9thWonder’s digital practice.

As part of his role, Minh is tasked with building out the digital team, establishing relationships with technology partners, and driving innovation both internally and for 9thWonder’s growing list of clients.

Prior to Dailey, Minh worked at digital agencies Razorfish and Acquity Group where he worked with clients such as Singapore Airlines, Ingram Micro, Sony, and Disney. In 2010 Le co-founded Dustland, an agency focused on complex marketing and branding challenges for clients such as Cisco, Volkswagen, and Visa and has partnered with Dailey in the past. After growing Dustland to a team of 30, he sold the organization to a firm based in Boston.

Minh holds an MBA from the Haslam School of Business at the University of Tennessee.
