What would you do as our Regional Project Services Professional?
You would play an integral role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will be responsible for supporting existing hollow metal customers and establishing new customers through project services support. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-centric individual who enjoys delivery results for customer, concentrating on two distinct areas: Estimating and Project Services.
Estimating:
Ensure the timely processing of customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and pricing.
Evaluation of customer request for regionally correct response based on price, complexity and time frame.
Understanding production capacity and capabilities of each Assa Abloy Door Group entities.
Have a working knowledge of all relevant Door Group brands.
Drive Quote follow up process, evaluate hit rate and customer metrics.
Project Services:

Develop specifications for jobs that do not have clearly outlined requirements.
Create submittal packages.
Provide technical resource assistance for targeted accounts.
Work with FlashShip/DSS to help customers who need hardware assistance.

The Skills and Experience you need:
Bachelor's degree or related experience/skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Hollow Metal and/or estimating.
Ability to read and interpret Architectural Drawings, Schedules and Specifications.

ABOUT THE JOB
The Composites Technician is responsible for supporting the development, setup, and launch of the Company's in-house composites operation.
The composites operation will play an important role in ensuring on-time delivery of high quality, competitively priced composite parts for internal automobile production requirements and external customers.

PAY AND BENEFITS
A Composites Technician at Revology Cars will make between $25.00 to $30.00 dollars an hour, depending on experience.
This is not a flat rate job. The pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being assigned enough hours.
The normal work schedule is 6:00am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday. However, this position may require work outside of normal business hours due to material cure times and peak workloads driven by uncertainty in processes, materials, and other resources.

Responsibilities:
· Negotiate agreements with property owners for acquisition of land for development opportunities or expansion for redevelopment.
· Negotiate with communities, business and public utilities to eliminate obstacles for the project.

· Preparation of proformas, budgets, and financial projections.
· Preparing project development budgets and monitoring development
· Ability to function with and within municipal, state and federal programs
· Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage and direct multiple long term projects
· Work effectively and professionally with internal and external parties, including Construction architects, land planners, civil engineers, lenders, brokers, and equity partners.

We are currently seeking an Automation Controls Engineer to support automation engineering activities at the Indianapolis Site for Life Science Consumable. This role supports efforts to resolve product and/or process technical issues impacting product quality and delivery. Responsible for solving complex issues in a precision injection molding and injection blow molding environment through structured problem solving and development / implementation of solutions that meet quality and production goals while adhering to company procedures and industry and regulatory standards.
This position is part of the Plastics Manufacturing Engineering Team located in Indianapolis, Indiana and will be
an onsite position.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Configuring, programming, testing, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment (PLC based control systems and associated components: i.e., HMI, robotics, servomotors, vision systems, vacuum/pressure controls, pneumatic actuators, barcode readers etc.).
Create documentation including, but not limited to operating procedures, design input requirements, specifications, testing protocols, installation, and service procedures. Perform change orders and release processes.
Author acceptance test and validation protocols and reports
Modify existing equipment to improve product quality, increase part throughput, decrease cost, and strengthen safety measures
Support manufacturing team to keep the factory tools running at expected output levels.
The essential requirements for the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant Engineering field with minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in PLC programming. A plus if proficient in platforms Allen-Bradley ControlLogix & CompactLogix and Yaskawa MotionWorks IEC.
Experience in hands-on support of manufacturing/production machinery involved in high volume discrete manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a strong technical understanding of manufacturing equipment. Ability to use the troubleshooting process to systematically break down and solve complex problems.
Highly organized and can balance multiple tasks at a given time.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Programming and troubleshooting of Yaskawa Motoman robotics systems.
Machine networking including connecting machinery to internal networks for data collection and remote connections.
Working with SCADA & MES software Ignition and/or Wonderware.
Working in a global environment. Strong communication, written and oral presentation skills (English).
Working with AutoCAD Electrical and modification of electrical schematics
Medical device/Pharma industry. Experience in writing/executing IQ, OQ, and PQ Protocols.
