Manufacturing Supervisor-1st shift - Boyd Woburn Summary (Position Description): Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and execution of the production flow in our factory. Directly supervise 20-25 employees; this includes hiring, training, and annual evaluations.
Support, manage and coordinate all phases of manufacturing, engineering, production and warehouse operations, facilities, and administer environmental, health, and safety practices to ensure a safe workplace though effectively managing those that are responsible for those areas through effective communications. Assembles a variety of products, clamps securely to bench and performs welding operations. Carries out welding operations required to product tight seams that will pass customer/company inspection.
