TITLE: Working Party Aircraft Structure Expert

DUTIES: Perform major and complex aircraft structural repair projects on all Airbus fleets within the sheet metal and structural standard processes for Airlines and MRO through Working Parties. Perform complex repairs and substantial disassembly, including working with the following: wing spar and keel beams fabricate clips, doublers, angles, and brackets; corrosion removal and damage evaluation; damage limits and repairs; and Roto Peen and Cold Working procedures. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years in any job title involving experience working in commercial aircraft repair environment under EASA regulations. Prior experience must also include the following:
Preparing and presenting issue resolutions to internal and external business partners; Experience with aircraft manual instructions to solve complex structural and mechanical problems; Interpreting aircraft technical manuals; Applying industry safety regulations in aircraft manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Up to 60% domestic and international travel required for aircraft repair or advisory.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Crane Operations: 60%
● Overhead crane operations in the Transshipment hangar, A320 Final Assembly Line, Final Phase hangars, and A220 FAL to receive and deliver the major aircraft components utilizing a variety of overhead crane configurations and lifting devices.
2. Aircraft Towing: 20%
● Operating heavy aircraft tow tugs for the movement of aircraft into and out of various hangars in support of pre-Final Operational Testing.
● Ensuring aircraft system readiness and proper configuration aircraft towing operations, cargo loading, aircraft mooring, electrical power connections, ventilation for air supply, and cabin access all in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM). MAA AOA training.

● Coordinating logistical support for cannibalization, reallocation, out of sequence requests of aircraft materials, and the return of sea transport jigs.
● Operation of heavy equipment to load/ unload shipping containers of MCAs using 30 k forklift.
● Operation of heavy equipment to support unloading of MCAs from sea jigs at heights of 20-30 feet using articulating man lift or scissor lifts.
● Fueling activities for ground support equipment (GSE). Using portable fuel tanks.
4. Completion of Documentation/ Training: 5%
● Adherence to various policies regarding accurate recording of completed work and work-in-progress by using daily job cards to record activities.
● Notifies affected parties when clerical errors are discovered or documentation is incomplete.
● Using SOIs to perform each task assigned and documenting any discrepancies.
● Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records of EHS, SAP.
● Ensure required daily pre-operational inspections of GSE are completed.

Job Description
Develop and maintain 60+ grocery retail relationships within an assigned 100+ mile range territory
Determine the best location within each store for sales of all Wonderful brand products by building and moving displays
Rotate and stock all company authorized products on each grocery store call
Maintain schematic integrity while re-merchandising projects including grand openings and remodels as requested by the retailer
Develop and maintain relationships with retailer personnel and supervisors to facilitate account penetration
Sell, up-sell, and maintain retail distribution of all headquarter-authorized products for all stores in assigned territory
Accurately record all data-gathering objectives as instructed through use of company hand-held devices
Execute, maintain, and monitor all company-driven marketing initiatives and programs, including maintenance of POS and coupon/tie-in programs
Provide chain-specific information and communication on a daily
Qualifications
Proven retail sales success promoting grocery store products with the ability to form partnerships with store and produce managers, preferably within food and beverage
Capability to provide compelling rationales to store management staff to display and purchase against the competition
Prior experience and understanding of managing a large store territory and daily drive time
Possess excellent selling, negotiation, and partnership-building skills

Maintenance/Troubleshooting/Aircraft Inspections: 60%
Perform maintenance and inspections utilizing airframe and power plant (A&P) license outside of certified repair station (CRS).
Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctioning systems and components to determine corrective action required to assure safety and airworthiness of aircraft.
Conduct applicable airframe calendar/hourly inspections, hidden damage inspections of airframe structures and sub-assemblies. Conduct operational and functional checks of structures, systems, and/or components as required verifying acceptability/airworthiness.
Responsible for ensuring physical security of aircraft, partner with fixed base operator (FBO) if needed.

Accept field assignments on request
Accomplish in-process and final inspections for maintenance, repair, modification, and rework of aircraft components and sub-assemblies. Tasks will include "Clearance-to-close" inspections, torque check verifications, dimensional checks, flight control system installation verifications and flight control rigging checks of Airframe, Engine(s), hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel systems for integrity and compliance with manufacturer's and FAA requirements and regulations
Perform thorough receiving inspection of aircraft, determining overall airworthiness of aircraft through physical examination of aircraft and associated records. Proficient in inspections to determine airworthiness impacts of any found discrepancies.

Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including highest level complex issues, identified by Airbus customers.

Research, compile and document all applicable maintenance for airframe, engine, accessories and components in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved regulations and company procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable calendar/hourly inspections, life limited or cycle limited components, airworthiness directives and alert service bulletins. Document and return airframe, engine, accessories or components to service after maintenance, repair or modification. Review all 337s associated with the aircraft.
Tracks and coordinates forecasted removals, repairs and material requirements for all TBO (Time between Overhaul) and SLL (Service Life Limit) assets.
Compose and prepare all necessary Aircraft maintenance documentation in relation to qualifying the airworthiness or return to service of aircraft, engines, parts, components and systems.
Perform aircraft mass and balance record calculations in accordance with AC 43.13-1B, chapter 10 in conjunction with applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manuals.

Your challenges:
Perform ground tests.
Prepare the aircraft and workstation surroundings for ground tests on various avionics and electrical systems, in a safe environment. Perform function tests on all systems (flight controls, navigation, passenger entertainment, etc.) in parallel to the assembly of the aircraft from beginning to Flight Testing. Organize documentation of any non-conformity in the SAP NC system and initiate associated retests (Repeat Test Instruction) after finalization of rework.
Perform troubleshooting (T/S)
Perform T/S on test systems and on aircraft systems. Prepare and coordinate troubleshooting and distinguish error types. Clarify problems with the engineering department.
Support improvement measures
Identify problems internally in order to continuously improve the "On Time On Quality" production process.

Position Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for technical leadership along with oversight of all manufacturing activities within the purview of the Station and ensuring effective coordination between the multiple processes supervised. Station responsibility includes the management of all tools and jigs belonging to the Station as well as their maintenance, repair and calibration. As designated act as the deputy for the Business Unit Leader in their absence.
Primary Responsibilities
Operational Duties 70%:
• Provide direction and oversight to production activities and monitor the progress of the A/C through the Station.
• Function as a role model and leader in the observance of OSHA rules and regulations. Ensure the importance and company commitment to safety is in the forefront of thought and action on the part of every employee.
• Provide leadership to the Multi-Functional team in the absence of the Business Unit Leader
• Routinely report and update upper level management on A/C progress and alert colleagues to potential problems and solutions. Perform or assign to staff analyses on operational issues, improvements and other savings initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate Station activities throughout the FAL, the management team, other FALs and relevant parties.
• Insure orders and (work) material availability to guarantee work progress.
• Apply insight, experience and interpersonal skills in order to achieve integration of assigned team between American and European team members.
• Proactively identify and resolve problems to prevent disagreements and encourage cooperative work relationships. Engage with support staff from Quality, Procurement and other specialty areas to improve work flow and enhance existing processes.
• Responsible for the development of manpower forecast requirements based on workload and necessary skill sets required to meet the delivery schedule.
• Identify, eliminate and, when able, anticipate problems, which occur in the manufacturing process, as quickly and as early as possible.
• Participate and lead Station in achieving the annual objectives (e.g. CI, Quality Gates and specific KPIs).
• Ensure the completion of specified work packages in compliance with costs, quality specifications and customer expectations.

• Support action plans to improve AOS grade for their assigned area
Training and development 20%:
• Mentor and develop the Lead Technicians in all facets of Leadership, and production processes
• Provide documented development plans to workforce for career progression (Poly-Poly)
• Provide input to the training department for needs and requirements for personnel development
• Aide in developing training criteria for their assigned area
• Manage corrective actions with employees as appropriate

Your challenges:
Perform all ground tests and flight tests required to obtain Certificate of Airworthiness (CoA) and customer acceptance of production aircraft.
Requesting the necessary aircraft configuration and loading.
Writing and signing the Flight Order and the Flight Crew Report also signed by the Captain.
Calculating weight and balance and take-off data.
Accepting the aircraft technically, on behalf of the Captain, by checking, filling and signing the Technical Log Book.
Ensuring technical follow-up of the aircraft.
Defining the classification of the flight.
Conduct the flight and operate aircraft systems and Cockpit Collection Tool.
Filling in the Technical Log Book (reporting malfunctions or anomalies, requesting modifications for the next flight.
Writing the daily “Dépêche” and the Flight Crew Report (if so required, in cooperation with other crew members), forwarding the FTE log to the data processing team.
Requesting the necessary data processing for completion of the flight analysis.
Managing the aircraft during the overall ground and flight activities of production and delivery phases, as well as the proper execution of the related tests.
Ensuring a technical follow up of the aircraft from hand-over to FTC (FOT for Production aircraft) until the Customer Acceptance(Technical Acceptance Completion - TAC).
The Flight Test Engineer (FTE) and the Ground Test Engineer (GTE)work together as a team to ensure a smooth and successful delivery process.
Your boarding pass:
B.S. degree in aerospace, mechanical or aircraft construction engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience as a Fight Test Engineer.
8 years experience in the aviation industry with preference to Airbus aircraft.
Experience on A320 family or other Airbus aircraft.
Qualified from a Flight Test School approved by EASA or equivalent experience that would allow for an EASA Cat 2 validation
Knowledge of Aircraft configuration management rules.
Current and continued EASA, TCCA, or FAA Class 2 Medical and be able to perform duties as aircrew on a daily basis.
Aviation certification or FFS Simulator experience.
Experience with AIRBUS manuals (Structure Repair Manual, Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Illustrated Parts Catalog etc.)
Knowledge of AIRBUS internal procedures, processes and tools.
Demonstrated effectiveness in solving engineering problems.
Ability to function on the basis of self-motivation and self-direction.
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time overseas and domestically within the Airbus international network, supplier and customer sites.
During 1 year, the selected candidate will be assigned to Europe to be trained and to get a Flight Test Engineer License.

Responsible to utilize advanced SAP and process expertise to resolve transactional issues, supporting Material Planning, 3PL and Operational Procurement activities; Inventory balancing and correction if required
Schedule and report the results of daily, weekly, and monthly cycle count activities.
Schedule and report the results of daily bin validations and operational surveillance activities in conjunction with the LSP.

Performs sophisticated analyses of the data and prepares standardized reports on logistical matters.

The Industrial Maintenance organization provides corrective and preventative maintenance across a broad range of installed assets and hand tools within the Mobile FAL. The assets include mechanical and electrical CNC machinery, conventional production machinery, Jigs and Tools & Single Aisle Final Assembly Lines (both A320 and A220) and fleet management. Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the operational day to day transportation operations for the Mobile Manufacturing Campus, including subcontractor coordination. Ensuring adherence of regulations of all local and federal laws with respect to the operation of the program.
Maintain an inventory log of all fleet vehicles including, ground support equipment (GSE),mobile air conditioning carts, mobile aircraft ground power units (GPUs) , golf carts and other means of transportation.
Keep accurate records for each vehicle in the fleet.
Subcontractor coordination:
Coordinate subcontractor activities to prevent impact to Mfg. 25% Operations and minimize impact to end users.
Monitor driver qualifications and training logs.
Analyze and improve service delivery:
Recommend and manage initiatives to increase and improve service delivery considering both cost and quality - KPI Management.
Develop and track corrective action plans regarding service delivery.
Establish efficient routes and transportation schedules.
Provide reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet performance metrics.

● Oversee the daily maintenance and vehicle inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
● Develop a maintenance program for Electric Vehicle charging Stations.
● Maintain vehicle insurance certificates, license and registration.
● Review, approve and process invoicing for related activities.
● Arrange repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
● Other duties as directed by the Contract Manager.
● Regularly review processes and procedures to ensure that they are being adhered to and identify and deliver improvements on a continual basis.
● Support Procurement in the negotiation of contracts to provide required service levels and value for money.
● Develop and maintain long term relationships with key strategic suppliers.
● Working with the Maintenance team, drive a high performance culture through the day to day management of the Fleet management contracts.
● Conduct ‘Deep Dives' where performance gaps, or potential performance gaps present themselves and implement changes and controls as the situations dictate.
● Support the Maintenance department in the development of the Maintenance strategy including management of fleet contractors. Align the Commercial Maintenance Strategy with Manufacturing and Procurement strategies.
● Project manage simple, low cost refurbishment projects example CapEx business cases.
● Provide a single point of contact for the entire fleet assets and the Internal Customers In terms of delivery and escalation.

The Logistics Surface Engineer will be the logistics work stream leader for operational storage and densification strategies. Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a X-Plant Electrical Assembler to join our X-Plant department based in Mobile, AL
Mobile FAL which includes but is not limited to Outstanding Work from Europe Plant Partners, Non-Conformities and snag sheets raised during standard FAL activities, Customer findings recorded in Quality Log Book, and Technical Log Book write ups during Flight Line and Delivery Phases. High level of skill and flexibility required to ensure FAL and Flight Line milestones are achieved while operating with the highest degree of safety, quality, cost, and adherence to schedule. Expected to work across multiple competencies in order to provide superior support to Mobile FAL and Flight Line Operations .

Position Summary
This position supports the project and program management activities within Cabin & Cargo to deliver projects on-time, cost and quality. Duties include leading multi-functional teams to scope, define and execute cabin and cargo projects to fulfill deliveries for airline customers, manage cost and project timeline utilizing established and recognized project management skills, concepts, and methods, as needed.

Lead multi-functional team to assure on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of modification solutions.
