Chad has served on many additional boards and advisory panels focused on increasing the quality and resources of early learning programs. Chad was named a Most Admired CEO by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (2017) and an Exceptional Emerging Leader by the Child Care Information Exchange (2015). In 2004, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal recognized Chad as one of the region’s most outstanding business leaders as one of their Forty Under 40 award recipients. In addition, Chad has published numerous articles for Child Care Exchange magazine and often testifies and meets with national and state officials to improve access to high-quality early education for young children. He received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. in management from Hamline University.
