To be honest this company is a carbon copy of every other trucking company. [I'm still here because I've been here over 10 years
Unpaid orientation, eLog is people net, driver facing camera, no safety bonuses, any damages you pay for unless YOU can prove your not at fault Trucks are governed at 68mph if you get a speeding warning/ ticket you speed is reduced to 62.
I'm able to get home almost every week, but that's because I live in Michigan, not because they care.

I'm not sure who the CEO is, the owner Gary is ever present on the yard. Very approachable and willing to listen to the drivers, but listening and hearing are two very different things.
My opinion is unimportant.
