At A-dec there are several issues. As a female, I get very frustrated with the old boys network and the blatant ignoring of women. There is a ton of nepotism, sexism and male dominated company. They promote from within even if you have no qualifications for the job. People are afraid of the HR dept. You do not dare go to them with your issues.
