No bonus for hourly employees. No cost of living pay increases. Offices are dirty, moldy & bug infested. Sewage system backs up and overflows into the office area on a regular basis. No opportunity for advancement. No communication between management and workers.

Mediocre (but expensive) benefits, 4% 401k match. PTO is basic, 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick annually. Moving to a new building probably, they've been saying that for 2 years.

Sometimes the day before a holiday they might let you leave an hour or so early. If you bother the folks in HR they might tell you how to access your benefits, but they are rarely even in the office & don't return emails.

Sammy Duda is CEO. He doesn't leave his office much. The leadership team is in their own little bubble upstairs away from the workers.

So many bad managers that keep getting promoted. Morale is at the lowest it's ever been.

Leaving at the end of the day.

Seems like it's a diverse environment, as long as you are a Christian. They have mandatory prayers before meetings & meals. It makes some employees uncomfortable.
