No bonus for hourly employees. No cost of living pay increases. Offices are dirty, moldy & bug infested. Sewage system backs up and overflows into the office area on a regular basis. No opportunity for advancement. No communication between management and workers.
Pros of working at A Duda & Sons
Mediocre (but expensive) benefits, 4% 401k match. PTO is basic, 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick annually. Moving to a new building probably, they've been saying that for 2 years.

Sometimes the day before a holiday they might let you leave an hour or so early. If you bother the folks in HR they might tell you how to access your benefits, but they are rarely even in the office & don't return emails.
