TITLE: ENDPOINT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - 100% ONSITE
Duration: 6 Months+
1.1. SCOPE OF WORK:
Client is seeking experienced technicians to provide IT operational support in areas within IT Platform Services and for the 2025 Windows 11 Lifecycle Support and daily operational duties.
Deliverables include, but are not limited to:
Work on-site at client office locations
Occasionally drive personal vehicle between client office locations
Provide Technology Support for Windows 11 Lifecycle
Perform computer user data and software inventory services
Perform lifecycle replacement computer services
Provide computer technical hardware & software assistance
Perform user, hardware, and software inventory services
Perform conference room technical support services
Perform committee and board meeting technical support
Complete assigned tasks in the Ticketing System
Windows 11 Lifecycle support, including deployments, user assistance, and hardware inventory support
The contractors(s) will be responsible for:
Maintaining client support during client business hours.
Ensuring assigned tickets in clients ticketing system are processed and completed.
Mandatory Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience delivering a fully functional and operationalized solution
Must have provided technical support in the last 3 years.
Must have experience in troubleshooting and working with Windows 11
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, tablets in
an enterprise domain
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows operating systems and
user profile support
Must have a minimum of 2 years of imaging experience.
Must have experience installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and preparing computers
hardware, printers, plotters, and related peripherals using Microsoft software in a
networked environment.
Must have OS & Computer Hardware Lifecycle Replacement
Must have accessibility to a vehicle to fulfil travel requirements between client's Headquarters and client's East Campus location; both are in Sacramento, 7.4 miles apart.

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Stagehand who will be responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing the technical aspects related to the show(s) production
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Performs the Load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment
* Responsible for securing required passes and tickets and prepares guest lists under the direction of the stage Manager
* Cabling; assist audio & lighting crew as directed
* Band Set changes
* Ensure that members of the Band(s) have required items needed to perform the show(s).
* Responsible for communicating the details of the evening's event to production crew
* Responsible for hanging show banners, updating marquees and other signage in the venue
* Responsible for coordinating the food trays for the band back of house
* Assist lighting & Audio crew as directed by Stage Manager or PM; Spotlight operation if required
* Maintenance and Repair of Sound, Light and Stage Equipment
* May assist the Stage Manager with show passes
* Maintain and secure House Backline, and supplies
* Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items
* Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
* Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lambs, gels, cabling, etc.
* Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner
* Assist with any Special Events operations
* Ensure stage trash is taken out; stage swept or set up for next show when possible
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
* 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
* Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
* Must be able to move up to 75lbs using proper lifting techniques
* Must be able to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level
* Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare all finished products according to established USPS standards. Demonstrates proficiency through the proper recognition of the printed address labels on finished products. Ensures finished goods are properly palletized, instructing the Logistics Tech to move product to finish location.
Verify correct material for production line, and load and unload materials into the machine. Perform basic machine setup (including being able to work the machine interface or machine controls), adjusting machine components, and troubleshooting as needed. Respond to the indicator lights and display screens and know the actions required to mitigate the issue. Clear jams and address errors on end of line machine components.
Support and comply with safety and security policies to promote a healthy working environment, including housekeeping standards.
Support and comply with internal and external audits, to include providing information, performing assigned tasks to ensure compliance, and preparing and maintaining evidence that key duties identified as internal controls have been performed. Other duties as assigned.

Responsible for palletizing finished goods and ensuring the pallets are wrapped in a manner that maintains stability and neatness. * Verify correct material for production line, and load and unload materials into the machine. Perform basic machine setup (including being able to work the machine interface or machine controls), adjusting machine components, and troubleshooting as needed. Respond to the indicator lights and display screens and know the actions required to mitigate the issue. Clear jams and address errors on end of line machine components.
* Support and comply with safety and security policies to promote a healthy working environment, including housekeeping standards.

Disney Streaming is responsible for developing and operating The Walt Disney Company's direct-to-consumer video businesses globally, including the ESPN+ premium sports streaming service, programmed in conjunction with ESPN and the Disney+ service. We are seeking a talented, hard-working person for a part-time position in the Media Experience Department. We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Associate Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this position, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail.
Our environment is incredibly dynamic, fast-paced, and sophisticated. The ideal candidate has a background in video quality control and is extremely comfortable working in Mac OS X.
Required Skills
Understanding of mac OS and Windows operating system
Must be able to work a minimum of 28 hours per week
Must have an exemplary attention to detail.
Must possess strong communication skills.
Must possess solid organizational skills.
The candidate must be self-motivated.
The candidate must have a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new situations.
A solid computer and technical background, with experience working in new media and online organizations.
Familiarity with streaming and broadcast media

Preferred Skills
B.A. degree or equivalent
Fluency in languages other than English is a big plus particularly Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Hebrew, Hindi, Malay & Indonesian.
Helpful skills include a background in encoding video for the web
An understanding of various video codecs, notably H.264
Job Responsibilities
Review and analyze video and audio files for visual and auditory defects (e.g., pixelation, audio sync issues, color correction errors).
Verify subtitles accuracy.
Log and document quality issues, generating QC reports and flagging critical errors for immediate attention.
The pay rate for this role in New York City is $24.5673 to $32.8846 per hour. The base pays actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
