Job Description
Our Wesley Woods location is hiring for a full-time SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP-CCC) to
provides direct rehab care in speech therapy to residents upon physician referral in accordance with all laws, regulations and A.G. Rhodes standards.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Works in rehab department as well as throughout facility (i.e., resident rooms).
Possibility of working in multiple facilities.
Sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during working hours.
Involved with residents, associates, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc. under all conditions and circumstances.
Attends and participates in continuing education programs.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Must be a graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MSSLP).
Must be ASHA-certified (CCCs).
Must have active therapy license in Georgia.
One year's experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.
