As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience, learn essential technical skills, and work alongside skilled professionals to become proficient in servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems, refrigeration units, gas, steam, and electric. This individual must show growth within six months to one year before moving on to junior technician status. The Apprentice will be evaluated every three months and rotate between technicians to ensure diverse training.
