General Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscaper with strong experience in irrigation and sprinkler system maintenance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in general landscaping, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot, install, and repair irrigation systems for both residential and commercial properties. Start time is 6:25am.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Assists Crew Leader/Assistant Crew Leader with maintaining he and his crew free of any alcohol or drug use in company vehicles, equipment and jobsites or any other locations during working hours.
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems.
Diagnose issues with timers, valves, piping, and sprinkler heads.
Assists Crew Leader/Assistant Crew Leader with crew to ensure machine guards/safety are always in place and functional on all equipment while in use.
Performs weekly maintenance of mower blade exchanges, and or any other routine maintenance required on lawn maintenance equipment.
Performs mowing, trimming and edging turf areas using riding mower, push mower, weed eater and edger.
Pulls weeds, removes thatch, trims and edges around flower beds, walks, pathways, and walls. Blows off sidewalk and parking lot areas or any other areas directed by crew leader.
Raise trees and side trims encroachments as needed.
Assists Crew Leader/Assistant Crew Leaders with or performs and monitors all fueling operations of trucks and equipment after every working day. Must make sure the right fuels are used, and spills are prevented or cleaned up quickly with the proper materials.
Shares responsibility with Crew/Assistant Leaders for emptying the truck of trash and debris daily. Ensuring all bagged trash is put in container not mixed in green debris pile.
Shares responsibility with Crew/Assistant Leaders keeping truck, trailer, mowers, and equipment is always clean and free of garbage and debris. This includes weekly truck washing.
Performs Junior Crew Leader role as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate
Knowledge of common irrigation systems (e.g., Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro).
Experience: 2 Years commercial side.
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions.
Proficient in the use of mowers, trimmers, edger, line trimmer, blowers, and other
Able to work in extremely loud areas.
Enjoys working outdoors year-round.
Desire to learn advanced landscaping skills.
Minor Duties and Responsibilities
Working towards obtaining a class E license within 3 to 6 months of hire date.

Summary:

A & Associates is looking for a Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard is responsible for protecting the client and assigned property from any criminal activity or trespassing.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, excellent observational skills and previous surveillance experience, preferably in a law enforcement environment. This person should have the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while exhibiting patience and a superb attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Surveillance - Patrol the grounds or buildings as assigned, regularly. If suspicious activity is detected, refer to the local authorities. Review surveillance cameras and monitor crowds as needed. Establish and review the identification required to enter the building or property. Verify all doors, windows and gates are secure on the property on a rotating schedule. Escort released employees off the property as well as any other trespassers.
Investigation - Respond to any alerts of suspicious activity. If a person is under suspicion of criminal activity, secure the environment and person, and report to the local authorities. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Security guard training certification required
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or sit for long periods, and detain an individual if necessary
