I thrive on solving problems - the harder the better. After serving as a lawyer in a public company, COO of a private law firm, and VP of customer success in a large Chicago tech startup, I was ready to take on a totally different challenge. I pivoted to a new industry to lead and execute an aggressive growth strategy for one of the country's top supply chain companies to the chemical industry.

Currently, in my role as SVP, Chief Strategy and Legal Officer for A&R Logistics, I lead the expansion of our export business to the East Coast, inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions, and a number of operational functions, including legal, safety, sustainability, human resources, and communications,

Throughout my career, two characteristics have defined me: a bias for action and the ability to connect with people. While getting stuff done may be one of my strengths, I get the energy and drive to execute from people. I enjoy forming close connections with colleagues and teams by growing relationships across organizations to build consensus, define shared goals, and achieve success. As a manager, I work with individuals to develop career goals and the path to reach those goals, encourage people to take risks, fail quickly, continuously improve, and strive to have fun and laugh during the journey.

Dionne Quiachon is a Chief Environmental Health Safety & Security Officer at A&R LOGISTICS, INC. and is based in Houston, Texas. She has worked as National Account Risk Control Account Executive at Travelers; Senior Risk Control Consultant at HANOVER INSURANCE GROUP, INC.; and Risk Control Account Executive at St. Paul Travelers Insurance. Dionne studied at Central Washington University between 1988 and 1992, Boston University between 2013 and 2016, and Washougal High School between 1984 and 1988.
