Toxic, overbearing management. Quality Tech Lead has no people skills. People run from him. Management cares about $ . There is no food safety adherence.

Super involved but to a fault. Can’t let go and disrupts the flow making it impossible for steady flow.

How would you improve ASK Foods's culture?

Stop the toxic behavior

Asks questions about how is production scheduled. Ask to see the plant. I bet they say no…. If you see it while operating, you will likely not return

Equal to slightly less Han standard

Pros of working at ASK Foods

Horrible experience

Cons of working at ASK Foods

Production VP and Managers are all about the numbers; pretend to be friends with employees only to push their own agenda to get more throughout… no integrity

ASK Foods benefits

Nonexistent perks at this filthy place… Look at their exterior cleanliness. If they can’t keep the outside clean what do you think the inside looks like

What do you like best about ASK Foods's CEO and the leadership team?

Worst leadership I ever experienced. If you like the good ole boy club mentality, then this place is for you.

How would you improve ASK Foods's culture?

Actually be honest with people

How did you prepare for the ASK Foods interview?

Look at indeed ratings and then decide do you really think this many people would make the negative impressions and then say great place to work... People leave management… Management has no respect for people

How does your compensation at ASK Foods compare to the industry average?

Average pay… but .25 is hardly a bump in pay

What's the diversity at ASK Foods like?

It’s great that they hire from correctional facilities… every person needs a chance but you have to ask why can’t they get others in and stay…?

What brings you the most joy at ASK Foods?

That my gut feeling was validated. The company can’t hold onto people… Others stay because they don’t want to start over after 3 years and getting off on an occasional Friday is nice but always last minute soo if you have a family, planning is impossible
